An electronic device, a touch display panel and a touch display substrate are provided. The touch display substrate includes: a substrate; a common electrode layer disposed on the substrate, where the common electrode layer includes multiple touch display electrodes insulated from each other, and the touch display electrodes are arranged in an array; and multiple touch display wires insulated from each other, where the touch display wires and the touch display electrodes are arranged and connected electrically according to a one-to-one correspondence. Areas of at least two touch display electrodes increase gradually in a first direction, and the first direction is an extending direction of the touch display wire and extends from a contact point between the touch display wire and the touch display electrode to an edge of the substrate.

Electronic device, touch display panel and touch display substrate

The present disclosure provides an array substrate including a display region and a frame region surrounding the display region. The display region further includes a plurality of second touch lines which are in parallel with the gate electrode lines, and each of the common electrode units is electrically connected to one of the second touch lines through a via hole. The frame region consists of a plurality of first switches and a plurality of test lines extending along a second direction, at least one end of each second touch line is connected to one of the first switches, and the test lines are electrically connected to the first switches.

Array substrate and display panel

An array substrate and a touch display panel are provided. An auxiliary electrode layer is additionally provided in the array substrate. The auxiliary electrode layer may be located between a common electrode layer and a wiring layer, or located on a side of the wiring layer facing toward the substrate. The auxiliary electrode layer is provided to reduce coupling capacitance between the wiring and the touch display electrode. With the auxiliary electrode layer additionally provided in the array substrate, the coupling capacitance between the wiring and the touch display electrode block is reduced, thereby improving accuracy of the touch detection.

The array substrate includes: at least one pixel group pixel group including sub-pixel units arranged in four rows and two columns; three scan lines arranged row-wise and at least three data lines intersecting the scan lines. The sub-pixel units are electrically connected in a manner that different sub-pixel units are electrically connected to different combinations of a scan line and a data line.

Display panel and method for forming the same

A touch display panel and a display apparatus are provided. The touch display panel includes: a first substrate, a second substrate, a common electrode layer, a touch electrode layer and a touch electrode wire layer. The common electrode layer is an entire piece of electrode; thus, respective display units may be ensured to have the same common voltage during a display driving, thereby solving the conventional problem of image flicker and non-uniform display of the display panel due to different common voltages in the respective display units caused by different resistances of the block-shaped electrodes in the common electrode layer. Moreover, the touch electrodes in the touch electrode layer are metal grid electrodes.
