The present invention provides a low viscosity poly-&#x3b1;-olefin lubricating oil and a synthesis method thereof. The method comprises: (1) the &#x3b1;-olefin raw material is subjected to dehydration treatment so that the water content in the raw material is &#x2264;10 ppm; (2) a reaction of the dehydration treated &#x3b1;-olefin raw material is carried out in the presence of a complex catalyst and gaseous BFto obtain a reaction product, wherein the pressure of the gaseous BFis 0.01 to 1 MPa; (3) the reaction product obtained in step (2) is sequentially subjected to flash distillation, gas stripping, centrifugation, and washing treatment to obtain an intermediate product; (4) the intermediate product obtained in step (3) is subjected to distillation under reduced pressure to separate the unreacted &#x3b1;-olefin raw material and &#x3b1;-olefin dimers, and the remaining heavy fractions are subjected to hydrogenation saturation treatment followed by fractionation and cutting-off.

A method for preparing catalyst coating on a metal base plate comprising: thermal-spraying a layer of &#x3b1;-aluminum oxide nano-particles on a metal base plate using a high temperature flame powder spray gun, at a temperature of 2500-3500&#xb0; C. and a pressure of 0.2-1.2 MPa; coating an aluminum sol, the weight concentration of the aluminum sol aqueous solution being 2-30%, at a pH of 0.5-4, the drying temperature being 50-150&#xb0; C., the drying time being 0.5-24 hours, the calcination temperature being 200-1200&#xb0; C., and the calcination time being 0.5-24 hours; immersing in an active component, the immersing temperature being 20-120&#xb0; C., the duration being 0.5-24 hours, the drying temperature being 50-150&#xb0; C., the drying time being 0.5-24 hours, the calcination temperature being 200-1200&#xb0; C., and the calcination time being 0.5-24 hours. The method is suitable for the preparation of various catalyst coatings with active components.

Method for preparing catalyst coating on metal base plate

A method for synthesis of 1-decene oligomer is provided, wherein 1-decene is polymerized at 80-120&#xb0; C., 0.8-1.4 MPa in the presence of aluminum trichloride catalyst supported on gamma-alumina and n-hexane solvent where the volume ratio of 1-decene to n-hexane is 3:8-4:1. The catalyst is treated as follows: impregnating gamma-alumina carrier in 0.5-2.0 M of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid or mixtures thereof, then vacuum drying at 80-100&#xb0; C. and calcining at 400-800&#xb0; C.; dissolving 5-10 g of anhydrous aluminum trichloride in 100 ml of tetrachloromethane, trichloromethane or dichloromethane solvent; adding the obtained solution into 10-20 g of activated alumina carrier and obtaining the catalyst after vacuum drying. The conversion of 1-decene is 50 wt % or more. The oligomer has a kinematic viscosity at 40&#xb0; C. of 6.0-25 mm/s and a viscosity index of 160-262.

Method for synthesis of 1-decene oligomer

The present invention relates to a catalyst composition for ethylene oligomerization and the use thereof. Such catalyst composition includes chromium compound, ligand containing P and N, activator and accelerator; wherein the chromium compound is selected from the group consisting of acetyl acetone chromium, THF-chromium chloride and Cr(2-ethylhecanoate); general formula of the ligand containing P and N is shown as: in which R, R, Rand Rare phenyl, benzyl, or naphthyl. Ris isopropyl, butyl, cyclopropyl, cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl or fluorenyl; the activatior is methyl aluminoxane, ethyl aluminoxane, propyl aluminoxane and/or butyl aluminoxane; the accelerator is selected from the group consisting of 1,1,2,2,-tetrachloroethane, 1,1,2,2-tetrabromoethane, 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane, and compounds having a formula of XRX, in which Xand Xare F, Cl, Br, I or alkoxyl, Ris alkylene or arylene group; the molar ratio of chromium compound, ligand containing P and N, activator and accelerator is 1:0.5&#x2dc;10:50&#x2dc;3000:0.5&#x2dc;10. After mixing the four components mentioned previously under nitrogen atmosphere for 10 minutes, they are incorporated to the reactor, or these four components are incorporated directly into the reactor. Then ethylene is introduced for oligomerization. Such catalyst can be used in producing 1-octene through ethylene oligomerization. It is advantageous in high catalysing activity, high 1-octene selectivity, etc. The catalytic activity is more than 1.0&#xd7;10g product&#xb7;maCr&#xb7;h, the fraction of Clinear &#x3b1;-olefin is more than 70% by mass.
