The invention relates to a device for simulating the centrifugal acceleration applied to at least one aeronautical turbomachine rotor blade. This device is notable in that it comprises at least one rotor disc () comprising a rim in which there are formed a plurality of pockets () delimited by two lateral teeth () and at least one simulation test () which comprises a screw (), a spacer () and a dummy blade (), in the dummy blade comprises a bore (), which is tapped over at least part of its length and in that the dummy blade, the screw and the spacer are configured and arranged in such a way that when the screw is screwed into the tapped bore, the root () of the dummy blade is engaged in the pocket in the disc, the screw comes into abutment against the spacer and presses same against the two lateral teeth situated one on each side of the pocket in the rotor disc and that this causes the dummy blade to move towards the outside of the disc.

In order to facilitate the disassembly of a transmission shaft in a turbomachine, an arm for turbomachine casing comprises a body provided with a recess housing a removable part which delimits a shaft housing and is capable of being inserted through a first opening of the recess by means of sliding movement of the removable part parallel to the direction of a central axis of the shaft housing, the first opening of the recess being configured for being arranged opposite an orifice within a casing outer shell ring of the turbomachine.

A method for optimizing a low cycle and optionally high-cycle fatigue test rig includes selecting variable geometric parameters of the support member and/or of the workpiece of the rig, in addition to ranges of variation of these parameters, selecting at least one aim or design objective to be achieved, a variation in the values of at least a part of the abovementioned parameters having an influence on this aim or design objective, and testing one or a plurality of the values of the abovementioned parameters, in the respective ranges of same, and determining those values that make it possible to achieve the aim or design objection. With those values, the method including producing or modifying a support member and/or a workpiece on the basis of the optimized parameters.

Apparatus and method for optimizing a test bed that is utilized for testing low cycle and high-cycle fatigue including modifying a support

A low-cycle fatigue test rig reproduces bearing of turbine engine parts. The test rig includes a support member that is fixed to a frame and defines at least one bearing surface. A test piece is connected to a traction element for loading the test piece so that the test piece bears against the at least one bearing surface of the support member. The at least one bearing surface is supported by a support element that is mounted to rotate about a first axis on the support member. The test piece is connected to the traction element for articulation around a second axis that is perpendicular to the first axis. The test rig is configured to enable adjusting and locking the support element and the test piece in positions around the above-mentioned axes.
