Device for heat transfer and method for making it, the device having a housing with a heat exchanger disposed within and completely enclosed by the housing having a receiving element and cover element integrated within receiving element. First fluid flows through heat exchanger to be cooled; another fluid flows around heat exchanger. Heat transfer elements are shaped as a plate of a first jacket element and a second jacket element as well as a fin element; each includes a throughflow sector for inflow and outflow of first fluid. Each throughflow sector is developed on a front face of heat transfer element. Fin element has a lesser dimension in a longitudinal direction than jacket elements and is disposed therebetween such that in the proximity of a second front face, located distally to first front face, a free region is developed for deflecting direction of flow of first fluid.

A heat exchange device with combined functions in vehicles includes: a heat exchanger configured to be installed in an exhaust path of an engine and connected to a coolant heat exchanger circuit and an oil heat exchanger circuit; a bypass path configured to be connected to bypass the heat exchanger in the exhaust path; a recirculation path configured to be branched from the exhaust path to be connected to an intake system of the engine; a first control valve configured to control a flow path of exhaust gas between the exhaust path and the bypass path; a second control valve configured to control a flow path of the exhaust gas between the exhaust path and the recirculation path; and a third control valve configured to control the flow path of the exhaust gas between the bypass path and the recirculation path.

Integrated functional heat exchange apparatus for automobile

A heat exchanger is disclosed for the exhaust gas train of a motor vehicle. The heat exchanger includes a bundle of separately formed exhaust gas carrying exchanger tubes that is disposed in a closed housing formed separately, a coolant flowing through the housing and around the outside of the exchanger tubes. A bandage is disposed on the bundle of exchanger tubes mechanically connecting a plurality of the exchanger tubes to militate against an oscillation of the exchanger tubes.

A heat exchanger for an exhaust gas train of a motor vehicle with an exhaust gas carrying exchanger tube that is formed separately and is disposed in a closed housing formed separately, a coolant flowing through the housing and around the outer surface of the exchanger tube. The housing includes a housing portion that forms one common mechanical interface for connecting the heat exchanger to the exhaust gas train and a coolant circuit of the motor vehicle.
