An assembly for loading a refinery and/or petrochemical reactor () with solid particles, comprising a dispensing device () for loading the reactor with solid particles in a relatively uniform manner, a system () for supplying the dispensing device, comprising a flexible sleeve () connected to a solid particle tank () and to the dispensing device, and a control system () comprising a blocking device () for blocking the particles flowing in the flexible sleeve, adjacent to a portion () of the flexible sleeve and capable, when activated, of moving the walls of the flexible sleeve in such a way as to reduce a cross section of said sleeve at said portion, and an actuating device () for actuating the blocking device located at a distance from the blocking device.

Supplying a dispensing device for loading a refinery and/or petrochemical reactor with solid particles

The invention relates to a system () for distributing solid particles in order to load an enclosure with solid particles, including: a device () for supporting a device () for loading solid particles, said supporting device being arranged such as to maintain the loading device in the enclosure, and a sensor-supporting device (), said sensor () intended for collecting information on the loading of the enclosure, and in which the system for distributing solid particles is arranged such that the supporting device and the sensor-supporting device can be mounted on the device for loading solid particles, while being movable relative to said loading device.

Distribution of solid particles in a reactor

Regenerator for catalytic cracking unit comprising a first part occupied by a dense fluidized bed of catalyst and a second part positioned above the first part and occupied by a fluidized bed of low solid particles density, the said second part comprising one internal device covering, by projection onto the plane of the cross section of the said vessel of the regenerator, at least 80% of the said cross section, the said regenerator being equipped with at least one cyclone for separating gases/solids in the mixture derived from the low-density bed, the said cyclone being placed outside the vessel of the regenerator.
