An electronics enclosure includes: a housing having a floor, a ceiling, a rear wall, a pair of side walls, and a door mounted to one of the side walls that define an internal cavity; a first generally vertically-disposed mounting blade; first electronic equipment mounted on the first mounting blade; and a first sliding mechanism mounted to the housing and to the first mounting blade, the sliding mechanism configured to permit the first mounting blade and the first electronic equipment to move between a retracted position, in which the first mounting blade is positioned in the internal cavity, and an extended position, in which the first mounting blade is positioned forwardly of the internal cavity to facilitate access to the first electronic equipment.

The present disclosure relates to fiber optic adapters that are convertible between different configurations corresponding to different polarity schemes. The present disclosure also relates to fiber optic adapters having internal shutters integrated within end caps.

The present disclosure describes an assembly for mounting a smart meter on a mounting pole. The assembly includes a support frame and an outer cover. The support frame includes a top mounting plate having a first routing aperture located and a first plurality of elongated apertures located circumferentially around the first routing aperture, a bottom mounting plate having a corresponding second routing aperture and a second plurality of apertures located circumferentially around the second routing aperture, the top mounting plate is spaced apart a distance from the bottom mounting plate to form an interior space of the smart meter module, and an inner bracket between the top and bottom mounting plates and coupled thereto, the inner bracket having an aperture that is generally perpendicular relative to the top and bottom mounting plates and configured to receive and secure a smart meter within the interior space of the smart meter module. The outer cover is sized to extend circumferentially around the interior space of the smart meter module. The bottom mounting plate is configured such that the smart meter module can be secured to the top of a mounting pole. Smart meter modules and related assemblies are also provided.

A hinge assembly for pivotally coupling a door to a telecommunications chassis includes a hinge structure configured to attach the door to the telecommunications chassis, the hinge structure defining a door pivot point and a hinge pivot point that is spaced from the door pivot point, wherein a door coupled by the hinge structure to the telecommunications chassis can pivot with respect to the hinge structure independent of a pivoting motion of the hinge structure with respect to the telecommunications chassis, wherein the hinge structure further defines at least a portion of a pivot limiting structure spaced from the hinge pivot point, the portion of the pivot limiting structure defined by the hinge structure being configured to interact with the telecommunications chassis in limiting the pivoting motion of the hinge structure.

The present disclosure describes smart meter modules. A smart meter module may include a support frame and an outer cover. The support frame includes a top mounting plate, a bottom mounting plate, and an inner bracket between the top and bottom mounting plates and coupled thereto. The top mounting plate is spaced apart a distance from the bottom mounting plate to form an interior space of the module. The inner bracket has a central aperture that is generally perpendicular relative to the top and bottom mounting plates and configured to receive and secure a smart meter within the interior space of the module. The outer cover is configured to be secured to the inner bracket and sized to extend circumferentially around the interior space of the module. One or more elongated mounting apertures in the bottom mounting plate are configured such that the smart meter module can be secured to the top of a mounting pole. Smart meter module assemblies are also provided.

A slide assembly for slidably coupling a telecommunications tray to a telecommunications chassis includes a rail configured for mounting to the chassis, the rail defining a rail sliding cavity flanked by a first detent adjacent a first end and a second detent adjacent a second end of the rail, the rail further comprising first and second chassis mounting features, the first and the second chassis mounting features are oriented with respect to each other such that if two of the same rails are aligned and brought together in a juxtaposed relationship with the first and second chassis mounting features facing each other, the first and the second chassis mounting features can nest relative to each other so as to not increase the total width of the two rails. A guide configured for mounting to the telecommunications tray defines a guide sliding cavity configured to slidably receive the rail such that the rail sliding cavity and the guide sliding cavity face each other, the guide defines a pin connected thereto via a flexible cantilever arm, at least a portion of the pin extending into the rail sliding cavity when the rail and the guide are in a sliding relationship for latching by the first and second detents of the rail in providing two predetermined stop positions for the guide.

An adjustable mount for an antenna includes: a generally vertical pole; a plurality of rails mounted adjacent the pole's upper end, each of the rails including a cap with a mounting hole at its upper end; a mounting foundation having a base panel and a mounting platform positioned above the base panel, the base panel including a set of discontinuous slots extending at an oblique angle to a radius originating at a center point of the base panel; a plurality of threaded members inserted into the mounting hole of a respective one of the rails and one of the set of discontinuous slots to mount the mounting foundation above the upper end of the pole; and a plurality of nuts threaded onto a respective threaded member beneath the base panel. Rotation of the nut relative to the threaded member causes an overlying section of the base panel to move vertically.

A kit for providing intelligence capability to a communications frame includes: a housing having a central portion, pairs of upper members extending from opposite sides of the central portion, and a plurality of fingers extending away from each of the upper members; a rear cover attached to the housing, the cover having a central body, pairs of upper legs extending from opposite sides of the central body, and a plurality of fingers extending away from each of the upper members; and a PCB having a central section, pairs of upper members extending from opposite sides of the central section, and a plurality of fingers extending away from each of the upper members, the PCB being adapted for attachment to the housing and rear cover, with the central section being sandwiched between the central portion and the central body, the PCB upper members being sandwiched between the rear cover upper members and the housing upper members, and the PCB fingers being sandwiched between the rear cover fingers and the housing fingers. The PCB further comprises electronic circuitry configured to detect the presence or absence of a connector positioned between adjacent PCB fingers.
