The present invention discloses a method for code channel allocation and related multiuser detection in a wireless communication system. The method for code channel allocation includes: establishing a relation between at least one channel estimation window and a channelization code, wherein the at least one channel estimation window corresponding to the channelization code includes the channel estimation windows corresponding to all the spread spectrum code branches of a node in which the channelization code exists; and performing code channel allocation according to the relation established. In the method for code channel allocation of the invention, there exists a one-to-many relation between the channelization code/channelization code number established and the at least one channel estimation window. Therefore, during the multiuser detection, the channelization code/channelization code number determined via the at least one channel estimation window activated is unique. Thereby, the efficiency of the multiuser detection process may be increased.

Method for code channel allocation and method for multiuser detection in a wireless communication system

A method for establishing a multi-carrier HSDPA channel and method for transmitting multi-carrier downlink packet data are provided. The method for establishing a multi-carrier HSDPA channel includes: A. determining number of HSDPA channel resources of a cell; B. selecting N carriers in the cell according to the number of channel resources determined in step A, wherein the N carriers form the HSDPA channel resources; C. allocating the HSDPA channel resources to be HS-DSCHs, uplink and downlink control channels; D. allocating, by a network, an HS-DSCH to be used by a user terminal, one or more HS-SCCHs and one or more mate HS-SICHs to be monitored by the user terminal, when the user terminal initiates an HSDPA request and the request is allowed. The method may be applied to multi-carrier downlink packet data transmission, to enhance peak transmission rate of user packets, optimize the resources, thereby improving system throughput.

The present invention discloses a method of allocating downlink traffic channel resources for multi-carrier HSDPA, and the method includes: first of all, selecting a carrier with the optimum channel condition; determining whether the carrier meets the resource allocation demand of a downlink traffic channel, if yes, allocating resources that meet the downlink traffic channel on the carrier; otherwise, allocating the available resources of the carrier to the downlink traffic channel, and selecting a carrier with the optimum channel condition from the remaining carriers for resource allocation according to the remaining resource allocation demand of the downlink traffic channel. The present invention provides, according to the transmission characteristic of the existing HSDPA multi-carrier, a method for allocating downlink traffic channel resources, which method is applicable for packet data transmission of the multi-carrier HSDPA.

The present invention discloses a method for estimating DOA of a terminal in multiple co-frequency cells, including the steps of: A. obtaining a channel estimation result of at least one terminal expecting a calculation of DOA in an expecting co-frequency cell; B. performing a Direction-of-Arrival estimation for the expecting terminal in the expecting cell based on the channel estimation result through a DOA estimating method with a wave beam scan, a DOA estimating method with a maximum power path, or a DOA estimating method with a primary eigenvector. The present invention discloses a cell handoff method and a UE based on a TDD system. A UE measures received pilot channels of a source cell and a neighboring cell according to a measurement control message and reports measurement result to a RNC. The RNC, determines whether a target cell to be subject to a cell handoff process has available resources at a time slot different from that of the source cell and if yes, transmits a cell handoff command to the UE, allocates available resources for the UE in the target cell and transmits traffic carrier data of the UE to the source cell and the target cell respectively. After receiving the cell handoff command, the UE communicates with the source cell and the target cell at a same frame and at same time according to the allocated available resources.

A method for processing an array antenna signal is disclosed, comprising steps of: a. determining the number of antenna units participating the processing of the array antenna signals and selecting antenna units to participate the array antenna signal processing from all the antenna units in the array antenna; b. performing signal estimation processing on received signals by all the antenna units selected in step a and obtaining a user feature parameter estimation; c. performing estimation of weight coefficients for all the antenna units of the array antenna based on the user feature parameter estimation obtained in step b; and d. receiving and/or transmitting the array antenna signals based on the weight coefficients estimated in step c. The method of the present invention can effectively reduce a computation amount of the array antenna signal processing and improve a reliability of a received signal.
