A voltage tap for measuring a voltage includes at least one contact region and one abutment surface. Using the abutment surface, the voltage tap is electrically connectable to a contact surface of an electrical circuit board. The abutment surface comprises an enlarged surface with respect to the contact surface of the electrical circuit board, so that the electrical connection between the voltage tap and the electrical circuit board is provided independently of a movement of the voltage tap.

The present disclosure relates to a cell block for a battery and a method for assembling a cell bock having one or more battery cells. In one implementation, the cell block includes a box-shaped housing, which is open on one side and into which the battery cells are fitted through the open side, and a cell fixation, which is pushed through the open side into the housing, such that the battery cells are fixed in the housing and the housing is at least partially closed. The cell fixation may further include one or more bond openings, through which the battery cells may be accessed after the cell fixation has been pushed in, and a projecting collar on the side of the cell fixation facing away from the battery cells, such that the collar may be brought into contact with an end plate.

A battery is provided that includes a battery module, which includes cylindrical battery cells connected to each other in an electrically conductive manner. A temperature control system includes a container including a fluid space, into which container the battery cells partially protrude, and which includes an inflow and an outflow for a liquid of a liquid circuit. The liquid is an electrically non-conductive liquid, and the container includes a cell holder including openings, through which respective end sides of the battery cells of the battery module protrude into the fluid space of the container and which enclose respective outer surfaces of the battery cells in a liquid-tight manner. The cell holder includes a further opening, through which a contact element protrudes into the fluid space of the container and which surrounds an outer surface of the contact element in a liquid-tight manner.

A method for fixing battery cells includes positioning each battery cell in a respective opening of a cell fixture; inserting a first side of each battery cell into a respective opening of a first cell carrier; inserting a second side, opposite to the first side, of each battery cell into a respective opening of a second cell carrier, such that the cell fixture is positioned between the first and second cell carriers; and pressing the first and second cell carriers together to compress the cell fixture.

The bonding layer is configured to establish a mechanically flexible bond between the metallic extruded profile and the non-metallic connecting body. Embodiments further disclose a production method for a heat exchanger.

A degassing valve for degassing a housing of a motor vehicle includes a support element coupled to the housing, a membrane that is water-proof and breathable, and a tensioning frame configured to press the membrane against the support element with a pressing force. The tensioning frame is configured such that when a pressure difference between an interior of the housing and a surrounding of the housing exceeds a trigger force, the membrane detaches from the support element and exposes a fluid channel between the interior of the housing and the surrounding of the housing. The exposed fluid channel is configured to degas the interior of the housing.

A battery housing and a method for installing a battery are disclosed. In one embodiment, a battery housing for receiving a battery includes four plate-shaped side panels. Two of the side panel are opposite to each other, and each of the two opposite side panels have at least one elongated recess. The battery housing includes two cover plates. The four plate-shaped side panels and the two cover plates are connected to each other to form a box-shaped housing. The side panels are configured to connect together to hold the battery without the cover plates.

A battery module includes a battery module housing, a plurality of battery cells accommodated in the battery module housing and electrically interconnected, a first connecting piece forming a first voltage polarity that is conductively connected to one of the battery cells, and a second connecting piece forming a second voltage polarity that is conductively connected to another one of the battery cells. The battery module housing includes a passage at each of at least three occupiable spots. The first connecting piece is arranged in one of the passages. The second connecting piece is arranged in another one of the passages.

A test fixture for testing a plurality of longitudinal battery cells includes: a base plate; a plurality of holding structures for holding the battery cells, the holding structures being mounted on the base plate and configured to hold the battery cells with their longitudinal axes being perpendicular with respect to the base plate; and a plurality of contacts arranged on the base plate to electrically contact positive and negative terminals of each of the battery cells.

Method and system for assembling a battery module

A crossmember module for attachment under an instrument panel of a motor vehicle. The crossmember module includes a metal tube surrounded at least in part with plastic. The metal tube has a central, tubular cross-section and flattened ends. Each flattened end has a first mounting hole and a plastic tab that is injection molded onto each flattened end. The crossmember also has a groove-shaped plastic duct for guiding a wiring harness relative to the metal tube. Different receivers may optionally be molded on in one piece in the plastic enabling the connection of various adjacent components.
