The invention relates to a shaft-hub connection (), particularly for mounting a rotor wheel on a shaft (). The shaft-hub connection () comprises a shaft (), a hub () and a filler material (). The shaft () comprises an end section () on one end. A receiving region () is arranged in the hub (). The end section () is arranged in the receiving region (), with an intermediate layer of the filler material () positioned inbetween. The filler material () forms undercuts in the axial and rotational direction, in relation to the end section () and in relation to the receiving region (), so as to create a positive embodiment of the shaft-hub connnection ().

Shaft-hub connection

An exhaust gas turbocharger for an internal combustion engine may include a rotor with a turbine wheel of a turbine, a compressor wheel of a compressor and a shaft. The shaft may be connected to the turbine wheel and to the compressor wheel in a rotationally fixed manner. A bearing cartridge may be included for mounting the rotor in a housing. The bearing cartridge may have an inner sleeve arranged on the shaft axially between the turbine wheel and the compressor wheel with respect to an axis of rotation and an outer sleeve arranged coaxial thereto. The outer sleeve may be rotatably mounted on the inner sleeve via at least one rolling body. At least two damping rings may be included which are coaxially arranged on the outer sleeve axially spaced from one another and supported on a respective bearing section of the housing.

An exhaust gas turbocharger may include a rotor mounted in a bearing housing via a rolling bearing. The rolling bearing may include an outer shell, an inner shell and rolling bodies running therebetween. At least one annular and vibrational noise absorbing diaphragm spring element may be arranged between the outer shell of the rolling bearing and the bearing housing. The diaphragm spring element may mount the rotor in radial direction and axial direction in a vibration-insulating manner with respect to the bearing housing.

The turbocharger according to the invention has a rotor with a compressor wheel as well as a turbine wheel that is connected in a rotationally-fixed manner to the compressor wheel by means of a common shaft. The compressor wheel and the shaft are form-fittingly tensioned with one another, wherein respectively at least one or two torque-transmitting contact surfaces, which lie one atop the other, between components force-fittingly tensioned with one another, is provided with a friction-increasing coating.

An electromagnetic pressure regulating valve has a valve portion for conducting and regulating the pressure of an operating medium, such as oil, a magnet portion for actuating the valve portion for regulating the pressure of the operating medium and having a magnet housing, in which a magnet core is located that as needed exerts magnetic force on an armature, located in the magnet housing, a spring with a spring force generating a pressure activation threshold to be overcome upon regulation and located between the armature and an adjusting ball that is located in a pole piece of the magnet housing, and the spring has regions of different diameter.
