Provided is a vehicle integrated control method used for a vehicle integrated control system, wherein the vehicle integrated control system at least can comprise an integration module and a plurality of control modules, and the integration module is provided inside a vehicle. The method comprises: in response to a target operation performed by a user on the integration module, determining a target control instruction corresponding to the target operation; determining a target control module corresponding to the target control instruction, the target control module being at least one of the plurality of control modules; and activating the target control module to cause the target control module to control the enabling or disabling of a corresponding function on the basis of attribute information of internal and external environments of the vehicle. An expansion tank, including a tank body, in which a first chamber, a second chamber, and a first through hole through which the first chamber communicates with the second chamber are provided; the tank body has a pipe communicating with an interior of the tank body, and a side wall of the pipe has a mixed liquid inlet; a second partition is provided within the pipe; one end of the second partition is connected to the side wall and the other end of the second partition extends to the mixed liquid inlet to form a first channel and a second channel; a first end of the first channel is connected to the first chamber, a second end of the first channel is closed, a first end of the second channel is connected to the second chamber, and a second end of the second channel is connected to a water pump.

A multi-way valve, related to the technical field of control valves, is used to solve the problem of large occupied space, complicated control, and high cost, because of the use of two driving devices for controlling a three-way proportional valve and a two-way proportional valve, where a driving device is connected to a first valve core in a transmission way, and the first valve core is provided with a first matching structure, and a second valve core is provided with a second matching structure that matches the first matching structure. In the first matching state, the first valve core rotates alone and the second valve core remains stationary; in the second matching state, the first valve core rotates to drive the second valve core to rotate synchronously.

Provided is a thermal management integration module () and an electric vehicle. The thermal management integration module () includes: a multi-channel integration board () having a plurality of cooling connection pipelines () formed therein, the multi-channel integration board () being configured as a carrier member for the thermal management integration module (); and at least two thermal management components mounted on the multi-channel integration board () and connected to each other by the plurality of cooling connection pipelines (). The design of the multi-channel integration board can not only serve as a connection channel between different thermal management components, but also serve as a carrier member for the entire integration module to enable the thermal management components to be integrated on the multi-channel integration board, forming the thermal management integration module with low costs, a light weight, and a small arrangement space.

A multi-way valve includes a valve seat and a valve core. The valve core is rotatably disposed in the valve seat, the valve seat is provided with a plurality of valve port groups, each valve port group includes a plurality of valve ports, the valve core is provided with communication structure groups corresponding to the valve port groups, respectively, and each of the communication structure groups further includes a plurality of communication structures arranged along a circumferential direction of the valve core. When the valve core is rotated to different rotation positions, valve ports in different valve port groups form different communication states. Only one valve core is required to make a two-way proportional valves, three-way proportional valve, and a four-way proportional valve achieve different communication states, with simple control, compact structure and low cost.

An expansion tank for a vehicle cooling system and a vehicle cooling system. The expansion tank includes a tank body and a chamber provided inside the tank body, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are provided on the tank body, a diversion channel matched with a bottom of the tank body is provided inside the tank body, both ends of the diversion channel are respectively connected with the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, a vent hole and a liquid refill hole are sequentially provided on a side of the diversion channel in a flow direction of a coolant liquid, and the vent hole and the liquid refill hole are both communicated with the chamber. The automatic separation of the air from the coolant liquid and the automatic refill of the coolant liquid can be realized by providing the diversion channel connecting the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet inside the tank body, and sequentially providing the vent hole and the liquid refill hole on the side of the diversion channel in the flow direction of the coolant liquid. Since the expansion tank is directly connected in series to the main cooling circuit of the motor, the cost input and arrangement space of pipelines, pipe clamps, and liquid-gas separators are reduced, and the weight of the cooling system is also reduced.
