A touch display and method for controlling the same are provided. The touch display includes a gate driver circuit, a touch sensor and a display panel. The method includes: when the touch sensor detects no touch input signal, the gate driver circuit outputs a plurality of first gate signals to the display panel at a first frequency; and when the touch sensor detects a touch input signal, the gate driver circuit outputs a plurality of second gate signals to the display panel at a second frequency. The second frequency is smaller than the first frequency.

Touch display and method for controlling the same

A touch display panel includes a first sensing matrix and a second sensing matrix. The first sensing matrix includes a plurality of grid units and a first switch unit. The grid units are arranged in matrix, wherein each grid unit includes at least one first electrode. The first switch unit includes a plurality of switches, and the switches are disposed between adjacent grid units. Wherein, the control end of the switches is configured to receive a first controlling signal, and one end of each of the switches is configured to output a sensing signal. The second sensing matrix includes at least one second electrode, and is configured to receive a common signal. The second sensing matrix includes a plurality of opening units, and each opening unit overlaps with the open area of each pixel circuit in a vertical projection direction of the first substrate.

A data transmission method applied to a touch panel includes: determining an overlapped quantity of at least one first touch electrode pad and at least one second touch electrode pad that are electrically coupled to each other; determining a transmission bit number according to the overlapped quantity; and making the at least one first touch electrode pad transmit at least one data signal to the at least one second touch electrode pad according to the transmission bit number and a transmission frequency, where the at least one first touch electrode pad is configured on a first electronic apparatus, and the at least one second touch electrode pad is configured on a second electronic apparatus.

Touch sensing system and data transmission method of a touch panel

A method and a detection circuit for selecting a touch detection time are provided. The method for selecting a touch detection time includes the following steps: detecting a noise signal of a touch panel in a first display frame period; determining whether signal strength of the noise signal in a first time segment in the first display frame period is greater than a first noise threshold; and when the signal strength of the noise signal in the first time segment in the first display frame period is less than the first noise threshold, performing touch control in a second time segment in a second display frame period corresponding to the first time segment.

Method and detect circuit for selecting touch detection time

A gate driver and a touch display apparatus thereof are provided. The gate driver includes a plurality of shift registers and at least one loop circuit. The shift registers provide multiple gate signals to a touch display module. The loop circuit is coupled in series with the shift registers and receives at least one touch switching signal to set a loop time of the loop circuit. The touch display module performs at least one touch scan during the loop time.

A pressure sensing array includes a plurality of pressure sensing units and a control unit. Each of the pressure sensing units includes a plurality of first electrode blocks and a plurality of second electrode blocks. The second electrode blocks are arranged in a staggered manner along a first direction or a second direction, in which the first direction is substantially perpendicular to the second direction. The control unit is coupled to the pressure sensing units and used for controlling the first electrode blocks and the second electrode blocks of the each of the pressure sensing units to be turned on or off respectively.

A touch display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium layer, a transparent electrode layer, a first conductive layer, a control unit and a ground electrode layer. The display medium layer is disposed between the first and second substrates. The transparent electrode layer is disposed on an inner surface of the first substrate and includes touch electrodes disposed in the display region. The first conductive layer is disposed at the transparent electrode layer and includes touch conductive lines and force sensing lines. Each touch conductive line is electrically connected to one touch electrode. The force sensing lines are electrically insulated from the touch conductive lines. A portion of the force sensing lines is connected to the control unit. The ground electrode layer is disposed on the second substrate. A force sensor is formed of the ground electrode layer, the force sensing lines and the control unit.

The second sensing electrodes are located in the openings, respectively. The first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes form a sensing layer.

A touch display includes a plurality of pixels, a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of first conducting layers, and a plurality of third conducting layers. The plurality of scan lines are coupled to the plurality of pixels. The plurality of data lines are coupled to the plurality of pixels and the plurality of first conducting layers to provide a touch driving signal. Each first conducting layer of the plurality of first conducting layers is configured to receive the touch driving signal. The plurality of third conducting layers is configured to output a touch sensing signal according to the touch driving signals outputted by the plurality of first conducting layers.
