A die and a method for producing a structural part from hardenable material by way of a die. The die includes a die bottom part; a die top part; a die control unit; a flexible element extending along a lower edge of the die top part; and at least one adjusting bolt to adjust at least partially, via the die control unit, a spatial distance between the flexible element and the die bottom part during extrusion.

A fuel tank made of plastic, in the interior of which an insert () is located, wherein the insert should enclose a space (), wherein the fuel tank should offer the greatest possible economy of space, and the fuel tank and the insert should have a simple form. For this purpose, a box made of plastic and open at the top is attached to the inside of the upper wall () of the fuel tank as an insert (), wherein the box forms a closed space () together with the wall () of the tank, wherein the insert () comprises a bottom () and side walls (), the upper edges of which are connected in a bonded manner to the wall () of the tank. Fuel tank having a built-in auxiliary tank

In a tank system, a venting line () connects the fuel tank to an activated carbon filter, and a recirculating line () opens into a filler head (). In order to prevent the penetration of liquid fuel into the activated carbon filter, to permit the seal to be checked by applying a partial vacuum and to provide a filler head which can be manufactured inexpensively, an insertion body () is provided which forms a funnel () which is adjoined by a neck () which accommodates the fuel nozzle, which insertion body () has, in addition to the neck (), two vertical blind holes (), open at the bottom, and a transverse duct () which connects the latter, wherein the first blind hole () is connected to the recirculating line (), and a float (), which clears or closes off the connection to the transverse duct (), is guided in the second blind hole ().
