A printing press includes at least one impression cylinder, which has a first and a second front side and to which at least two inking systems each having a print roller are assigned. The print rollers are set against the impression cylinder and each print roller is driven via a drive. A first inking system is assigned to the first half of the impression cylinder and a second inking system is assigned to the second half. The drive of the print roller of the first inking system disposed in the first half is arranged on the first front side of the impression cylinder, and the drive of the print roller of the second inking system disposed in the second half is arranged on the first front side of the impression cylinder.

A printing press includes a plurality of inking systems, which cooperate with at least one impression cylinder, each inking system including a print roller and at least one additional ink-transfer roller, each of which includes a roller body, at the front sides of which a first and a second end shaft journal is disposed. The printing press includes at least one roller-bearing device, in which the print rollers and the ink-transfer rollers can be mounted in roller-bearing positions, and a transfer element, via which at least the print rollers or the ink-transfer rollers can be transported between the roller-bearing positions and the inking systems. A system for changing sleeves that can be pushed onto ink transfer roller cores of a printing machine includes at least one magazine, at least one travel device, and a drive. The magazine includes at least one sleeve mounting device that is movable relative to a frame of the magazine. The travel device is connectable to the magazine so that the magazine is movable in the vertical and/or horizontal direction. The drive, which is a component of the travel device, provides a drive force or drive torque to move the sleeve mounting device relative to the frame of the magazine.

A color chamber doctor blade has two doctor blade knives oriented in a roof-like fashion against a roller, from which the two doctor blade knives can be fixed on a doctor blade chamber body by means of a clamping plate. The clamping plate is in active connection with long-stretch fasteners in the axial direction (z) of the roller. The long-stretch fasteners are arranged substantially parallel to the clamping plate, and apply the force required for fixing at least one doctor blade knife. The resultant of the force exercised by the fasteners points toward the doctor blade chamber body.

A printing unit of a printing machine has at least one ink transfer roller, and at least one bearing block movable relative to the printing unit frame, in which, in the printing position, one end of the ink transfer roller can be supported, and which releases that end of the ink transfer roller in its released position. The unit has a blade chamber holder which carries at least one blade chamber that can be adjusted on the ink transfer roller and which is connected rotatably and displaceably with the bearing block in the printing position. The blade chamber holder is supported permanently on the bearing block by support elements on the bearing block.

The bearings of a printing roller of a printing machine, preferably of a flexoprinting machine, with at least one counter-pressure cylinder and with at least one printing roller, which on one end is taper bore mounted in the frame, are conveyable in guideways relative to the counter-pressure cylinder. A bearing is provided for underpropping the shaft extension of the free end of the printing roller. In order to be able to slide the enveloping sleeve off and/or the adapter sleeve off of the printing roller in a simple manner, two shafts are mounted to be longitudinally displaceable and rotatable in the bearing block in which the printing roller is taper bore mounted, parallel to the center line of the printing roller, said shafts carrying on their inner ends, which are oriented toward the printing roller, radial arms with end face thrust pieces. The shafts are rotatably mounted on their outer ends in a carrier bracket and are provided with a rotary drive. The carrier bracket is provided with a drive that makes it conveyable relative to the bearing block.

Printing machine

A spindle-nut combination for applying a roller to a counterbearing moved essentially at the circumferential speed of the roller. In order to be able to adjust the play of the spindle in a simple manner, an additional nut is associated with, and displaceable against the spindle nut. Both nuts mesh with the thread of the spindle. An additional securable nut is also provided to brace against the additional nut and prevent undesired turning thereof.

A flexographic printing machine having at least one inking unit in which the setting of the printing position of the format cylinder and the anilox roller can be achieved by adjusting the format cylinder to the impression roller and the anilox roller to the format cylinder using adjustment equipment. The setting of the printing position of the format cylinder and/or the anilox roller is achieved by manually operating this adjustment equipment, while the removal of the format cylinder and/or the anilox roller from the previously manually set position and the readjustment of these rollers into the same position can be achieved using at least one drive.

Anilox rollers of doctor units are provided with cells, arranged over the sleeve surface along spiral lines, in order to guarantee that the wear of the doctor blades, employed at said anilox rollers, is as uniform as possible. To prevent the ink from issuing between end-sided seals and the anilox rollers, one end section is provided with narrow sections that exhibit no cells or one end section is provided with end-sided sections, on which the cells are arranged on spiral lines with shallower pitch, or one end section is provided with end sections, on which the cells are arranged on spiral lines with opposite pitch.

Anilox roller

In a printing machine with an impression roll and several printing mechanisms, the bearings of the size cylinders and the inking device supports can be moved with the screen rolls on guides of the printing machine stand, approximately radially to the impression roll. The drive of the size cylinders and of the screen rolls is derived from a central drive. In order to create a simple continuously running drive for the inking device rolls, the screen rolls are actively connected via a freewheel to the central drive. For the screen rolls, which can be moved away from the size cylinders, a continuously running drive is provided which consists of a toothed belt, driven by a servomotor, which loops around all of the toothed drive wheels of the screen rolls. The strands of the toothed belt and the strands of the toothed belt enclosing the respectively radial external idle wheels in a loop-like manner, extend in parallel with each other. The inking roll supports can also be moved along their guides in parallel with the strands of the toothed belt which are in parallel with each other.
