The present invention relates to a coupling gear device for entraining a shaft door by means of an elevator car door that can be actuated by a door drive for elevator devices, comprising entrainment means () provided on the side of the elevator car door and counter entrainment means () arranged on the side of the shaft door. The counter entrainment means can be acted on by the entrainment means () for entraining the shaft door, wherein the entrainment means () and/or the counter entrainment means () can be lowered at least partially in the elevator car door or the shaft door.

Device for entraining a shaft door by means of an elevator car door

The invention relates to an elevator installation with a number of cars in a shaft, with a second car disposed underneath a first car. Associated with each car is a drive with a traction sheave and at least one cable strand, which is led over the traction sheave and by means of which the car is connected to a counterweight. The second car is kept in a suspension ratio of 1:1 and is connected to its counterweight by means of two cable strands associated with different sides of the second car and led over the traction sheave of the second car. A cable guiding device is provided which subjects the two cable strands of the second car to equal loading.

Elevator installation

A rope brake for an elevator installation for braking a rope coupled to a car is provided, which has a stop that is immovable in the longitudinal direction of the rope and at least one brake shoe. The rope is led between the stop and the brake shoe, and the brake shoe is adapted to be moved back and forth between a braking position, pressing the rope against the stop, and a release position, releasing the rope. A drive coupled to the brake shoe is provided for releasing the rope. The drive is formed as a linear drive and the at least one brake shoe can be transferred by means of the linear drive into its release position against the action of a braking force acting on it in the braking position. Methods for testing a rope brake for an elevator car having a movable brake shoe are also provided.

Rope brake

A rope brake for an elevator installation for braking a rope coupled to a car is provided, which has a stop that is immovable in the longitudinal direction of the rope and at least one brake shoe. The rope is led between the stop and the brake shoe, and the brake shoe is adapted to be moved back and forth between a braking position, pressing the rope against the stop, and a release position, releasing the rope. A drive coupled to the brake shoe is provided for releasing the rope. The drive is formed as a linear drive and the at least one brake shoe can be transferred by means of the linear drive into its release position against the action of a braking force acting on it in the braking position.

The invention relates to an elevator system with at least one shaft, in which at least two cars can be made to travel along a common traveling path, and also with a shaft information system for determining the positions and speeds of the cars, which is connected to an electrical safety device. In order to develop the elevator system in such a way that a high handling capacity can be achieved with constructionally simple means, while reliably preventing car collisions, it is proposed according to the invention that an emergency stop of at least one car is triggerable independently of the control units by means of the safety device if the distance between a first car and a second car or an end of the traveling path goes below a preselectable critical distance, and that the safety gear of at least one car is triggerable if the distance which this car assumes from the neighboring car or an end of the traveling path goes below a preselected minimum distance, the control units of at least all the cars of one traveling path being connected to one another and altogether forming a group control device.

Elevator system

An elevator system is provided for the transport of loads and/or persons in an elevator shaft. At least two elevator cars can be moved in the elevator shaft and are connected to a counterweight. A drive is associated with each car. At least one common track section and, in addition, separate track sections arranged next to one another are associated with at least two cars. The common track section and the separate track sections are arranged in sections along the elevator shaft. The cars can be moved not only in the same direction but also in directions opposite to one another.
