The invention relates to a delivery module () for a metering system for metering a reducing agent, in particular an aqueous urea solution, into an exhaust gas section of a motor vehicle, comprising a pump () which is connected or can be connected to a reducing agent storage tank () on the suction side via a suction line () and to a metering module () on the pressure side via a delivery line (), wherein a return line () which leads back into the storage tank () branches off from the delivery line (). According to the invention, a filter () is integrated into the delivery module () on the suction side. The invention additionally relates to a metering system comprising such a delivery module ().

The invention relates to a procedure for a switching pressure calculation at a metering valve of a fuel metering device for metering fuel into an exhaust gas system of a combustion engine with a component that is assigned to the exhaust gas system of the combustion engine for a regeneration, for a temperature impinge and/or for a thermo management, whereby the fuel is injected before this component in streaming direction of the exhaust gas. The invention concerns furthermore a corresponding device for implementing the procedure.

Procedure and device for a switching pressure calculation at a metering valve

The invention relates to a metering device for fuel upstream of an oxidation catalytic converter in the exhaust gas system of an internal combustion engine. A closing valve and/or a metering valve and an injection valve are integrated downstream of a supply device for fuel into a line leading to a metering unit. A return having a first overflow valve branches off upstream of the metering unit. A further return having a second overflow valve influencing a mean pressure level of the metering unit is disposed between the closing valve and the metering valve.

Device for metering fuel

A procedure specifically for the execution of a diagnosis of an emission treatment system is being introduced. The pressure of the reagent between the first and second valve and/or between the second valve and the injector valve is measured and the pressure measuring signal are the basis of the diagnosis. The first and second valve, are opened in an alternating cycle, where the opening time, and/or the period duration of the first and second valves are set in such a way that the emerging diagnostic flow volume is smaller than the measuring flow volume. The procedures pursuant to the invention thereby reduce the influence of dynamic precursors of the reagent flow in the reagent line and enables, aside from an increase in reliability of the diagnosis results, a diagnosis possibility of small leakages.
