A saber saw () for processing a workpiece, in particular a mineral or metallic material, including a drive (), and a reciprocating rod () having a first end (), a second end () and a drive point (). Moreover, a first articulated rod () having a pivot point () and a connection point () as well as a second articulated rod () having a first pivot point () and a second pivot point () are provided, whereby the pivot point () of the first articulated rod () can be rotatably connected to the drive point () of the reciprocating rod (), and the connection point () of the first reciprocating rod () can be non-rotatably connected to the drive () by-a connection mechanism (), and whereby the drive () can be situated at least partially in a drive housing.

Reciprocating saw mechanism

A circular saw, in particular hand circular saw, is disclosed. The circular saw has a workpiece support surface, a saw blade and a protective cover, which covers the saw blade in a region above a workpiece to be processed. The protective cover has such a geometry and position with respect to the saw blade that a straight line, which originates from the first deflection of a tangent applied at the intersection of the saw blade circumference with the workpiece support surface from the protective cover encloses an angle of up to 30&#xb0;, in particular up to 20&#xb0;, with a line perpendicular to the workpiece support surface.

Circular saw

A counterweight device for use in a saber saw, including a drive, a reciprocating rod and at least a first articulated rod, whereby the counterweight device can be moved reversibly by the drive in a first pendulum motion and a second pendulum motion. The first pendulum motion of the counterweight device runs essentially opposite to a first pendulum motion of the articulated rod, and the second pendulum motion of the counterweight device runs essentially opposite to a second pendulum motion of the articulated rod.

Counterweight device

A fastening apparatus for a limit stop element of an electric hand tool, in particular a hand circular saw, is disclosed. The fastening apparatus includes a guide, into which the limit stop element can be inserted and along which it can be displaced, and a locking mechanism, which can lock the limit stop element in the displacement direction. The locking mechanism has a spring element, which, in its locked position, clamps the limit stop element with a clamping force directed against the limit stop element and, in a released position, permits a displacement of the limit stop element.

Fastening apparatus

A hand-operated jigsaw is disclosed. The reciprocating drive mechanism has a reciprocating body which can be put into a reciprocating motion along an axis via an eccentric of an eccentric wheel that can be set in motion by the motor. The eccentric wheel is arranged on a pivot bearing axis. The reciprocating drive mechanism has an additional mass with a mass center of gravity to minimize vibrations. The additional mass is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner with the eccentric wheel on the pivot bearing axis. An eccentric axis of the eccentric lies on a first radial of the pivot bearing axis, which is offset from a second radial in the operating direction of rotation of the eccentric wheel at an angle of between 190&#xb0; and 270&#xb0;, which second radial lies between the mass center of gravity of the additional mass and the pivot bearing axis.

Hand-operated jigsaw

A hand-held reciprocating power saw () includes a reciprocation member () for reciprocatingly moving a working tool, a compensation mass (), a motor-driven eccentric wheel () having a first eccentric () for reciprocatingly displacing the reciprocation member () and a second eccentric () for reciprocating the compensation mass () along an axis (A), with the outer surface () of the second eccentric () engaging in an opening () provided in the compensation mass () and defined by a circumferential wall (), and an intermediate member () arranged between the circumferential wall () and the outer surface () of the second eccentric () at least in the contact regions (), between the circumferential wall () and the outer surface of second eccentric, with the intermediate member () having a first radial extension (R) oriented parallel to the axis (A) and a second radial extension (R) oriented perpendicular to the axis (A) and greater than the first radial extension (R).

Hand-held reciprocating power saw

The present invention relates to a reciprocating saw tool () having a motor drive () with a reciprocating driver () for a tool () and having a mass equilibrating body (). In addition, a device () is provided, which serves to convert a rotary movement of the motor drive () into a reciprocating movement of the reciprocating driver () along a first movement axis () and an opposite reciprocating movement of the mass equilibrating body () along a second movement axis (). For improving the sawing performance, the mass equilibrating body () is guided at an angle &#x3b1; to the reciprocating driver () so that its movement axis () is constantly at an angle to the movement axis () of the reciprocating driver ().

A drive for a motor-driven hand-held tool includes a motor () and a gear mechanism () for converting a rotational movement of the motor () into a reciprocating movement of the reciprocating drive element () for a working tool, with the gear mechanism () having a transmission element () axially secured on a support () with a support member () and including a mass-balance member (), a first eccentric take-off element () cooperating with the reciprocating drive element () and a second eccentric take-off element () cooperating with the mass-balance member () for imparting reciprocating movement thereto, and with the support member () forming a slide support surface for the mass-balance member ().
