A method for cleaning a resonator in an oscillator, a laser being first used for the adjustment of the resonator, in that, using the laser, a dielectric material of the resonator is removed until a specified frequency is attained; the resonator being cleaned using the laser after the attaining of the specified frequency, in order to remove deposited products of the removal process.

Method for cleaning a resonator

A microwave oscillator having a hollow conductor, an oscillation generator which is mounted on a heatsink and projects into the hollow conductor, and a printed circuit board having electronic components for supplying direct voltage to the oscillation generator. The printed circuit board or a metallic coating on, in, or under this printed circuit board forms one wall of the hollow conductor, and the oscillator including its heatsink is located in the printed circuit board.

Microwave oscillator

An arrangement for frequency-selective suppression of high frequency signals is described, with a hollow chamber (,) including at least partially electrically conductive walls (,) and having radiator elements (,), embodied by stripline technology, for coupling the high frequency signals into and out of the hollow chamber (,). At least two radiator elements are present, of which at least one is intended for coupling in the high frequency signals and at least one other is intended for outcoupling them. The at least two radiator elements (,) are embodied on separate substrate faces (,). The separate substrate faces (,) are disposed on a common substrate plate (,), and the hollow chamber is formed by a hood (,), which is disposed on or above the substrate plate (,) in such a way that it covers the radiator elements (,). It is especially advantageous if the hood (,) is integrated with the housing wall (,) of a shielding housing.
