The apparatus includes a control unit, configured to determine a target pH value of water corresponding to a desired coffee taste, and a corresponding adjustment control signal; and a pH adjustment unit, configured to adjust, in response to the adjustment control signal applied to the pH adjustment unit, the pH value of water to be fed into a brewing unit of a coffee maker to the target pH value. In accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, the pH value of water to be fed to a brewing unit of a coffee maker may be adjusted for a desired coffee taste.

The present invention relates to a device and method for controlling the pH of a UpA cell. The device comprises a receiving unit for receiving a preset parameter including a desired pH value; a computing module configured to calculate an UpA cell parameter based on the preset parameter; and a control module configured to control the UpA cell based on the calculated UpA cell parameter.

A PH value detection device for detecting a PH value of a solution includes first and a second electrodes to be inserted into the solution; and a power source configured to apply a bipolar rectangular potential pulse signal to the first and second electrodes. This invention allows reducing the heating time of food ingredients.

The prior arts generate bubbles with fixed characteristics of the gas in the bubbles. The invention proposes an apparatus of generating bubbles and a method thereof. The apparatus comprising: a first unit () configured to determine at least one characteristic of a gas in the bubbles; a second unit () configured to generate the bubbles, comprising: an electrolyzer () configured to electrolyze an electrolyte to generate the gas in the electrolyte, thereby generating bubbles; and a controller (), configured to control the second unit to generate the bubbles according to the at least one characteristic of the gas. In embodiments of the invention, the generation is controllable with respect to the gas in the bubble based on the practical requirement of the gas, and is more flexible and with wide applicability.
