A hot oxygen nozzle and uses thereof in a gasifier, the hot oxygen nozzle comprising an outer-ring spout, a middle-ring spout, an inner-ring spout, and a central spout all sequentially and coaxially disposed, and a cooling system; the gasifier is an entrained-flow gasifier provided with one or more nozzles on a certain plane or a plurality of planes at the top or on the periphery of the gasifier body. The nozzle has a simple structure and is easy to make and maintain. A fuel gas passage is disposed inside the nozzle. Oxygen can be heated by a combustion of fuel gas; and high-temperature and high-speed oxygen can directly ignite carbonaceous materials such as coal-water slurry and coke-oven gas. The present invention can be applied in a gasifier and then in the final process of synthesis gas preparation.

Hot oxygen nozzle and uses thereof in gasifiers

Disclosed is a multi-burner gasification reactor for gasification of slurry or pulverized hydrocarbon feed materials and industry applications thereof. Burners are disposed on the periphery or top of a gasification reactor vessel, wherein the side burners are at a small downward angle relative to the horizontal plane, which can prolong the life of refractory bricks. The operating pressure of the gasification reactor is 0.1&#x2dc;12 MPa, and the operating temperature thereof is 1350&#xb0; C.&#x2dc;1700&#xb0; C. The gasification reactor is applicable to a hot-wall lining as well as a cold-wall lining. The notable advantages of the gasification reactor are carbon conversion is high and can reach 99%, and the effective gas content is high; specific coal consumption and specific oxygen consumption are low; and it is applicable to a large coal gasification plant that processes above 3000 tons of coal per day.

Multi-burner gasification reactor for gasification of slurry or pulverized hydrocarbon feed materials and industry applications thereof

A two-stage gasification apparatus coupled with heat recovery and washing includes a columnar shell (), an entrained flow gasification chamber (), a fixed bed gasification chamber (), a waste heat boiler () and a gas cooling-washing chamber () set coaxially from top to bottom inside the columnar shell (). Process nozzle chambers () are set at a sidewall and/or a top of the entrained flow gasification chamber (), and process nozzles () are set in a nozzle chambers (). A feed-in lock hopper () is set and a fixed bed gasification chamber (). An eccentric grate () is set in the middle of a lower part of the fixed bed gasification chamber (), and the grate is connected with an ash-pan (), which is conjoined with a motor () via transmission mechanism. An inverse cone () is erected at an upper part of a cooling-washing chamber ().
