A direct-current contactor includes a contact assembly, an arc extinguishing assembly, and a drive assembly. The arc extinguishing assembly is disposed around the contact assembly. The contact assembly includes a moving contact mechanism and a stationary contact mechanism that are disposed in pairs. The moving contact mechanism includes a moving contact. The stationary contact mechanism includes a stationary contact and an arc introducing plate disposed around the stationary contact. The arc introducing plate is configured to introduce an electric arc generated between the moving contact mechanism and the stationary contact mechanism into the arc extinguishing assembly. The drive assembly is configured to drive a connection or a disconnection of the moving contact and the stationary contact.

Direct-current contactor, power distribution box, power battery assembly, and vehicle

An electromagnetic switch, including a driving apparatus and a contact apparatus. The contact apparatus includes a moving contact assembly, a chamber, and two spaced fixed contacts disposed on a top part of the chamber. The moving contact assembly includes an insulating part, a push rod, a moving contact, and an elastic part. One end of the push rod is mounted on the driving apparatus, and the other end of the push rod is mounted on the insulating part. The moving contact is mounted on one side that is of the insulating part and that is back to the push rod. The elastic part is clamped between the insulating part and the moving contact, so that the moving contact is in contact with or separated from the pair of fixed contacts under the action of the push rod.

Contact apparatus and electromagnetic switch

A direct current contactor includes a case and two groups of contact components disposed in the case. Each group of contact components includes two moving contacts connected to each other and two fixed contacts. The direct current contactor further includes a drive system configured to drive the moving contacts to move in a direction close to or away from the fixed contacts, so that the moving contacts are connected to or disconnected from the fixed contacts. The case has an arc-extinguishing cavity. A first baffle in the arc-extinguishing cavity divides the arc-extinguishing cavity into a first arc-extinguishing chamber and a second arc-extinguishing chamber. The contact components are respectively located in the first arc-extinguishing chamber and the second arc-extinguishing chamber. In other words, the two groups of contact components are integrated into two arc-extinguishing chambers of one arc-extinguishing cavity and perform connection/disconnection drive by using a single drive system.

Direct current contactor with moving and fixed contact components located within an arc-extinguishing cavity

This application provides a direct current contactor which includes a housing, and a first fixed contact and a second fixed contact that are fastened into the housing; a first moving contact and a second moving contact that are located in the housing; a drive mechanism, including: an insulation rod connected to the first moving contact and the second moving contact, and a drive component that drives the insulation rod to drive the first moving contact and the second moving contact to synchronously move toward the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact; and a pressing component configured to push the moving contact firmly against the fixed contact. Only two pairs of contacts are used to implement connection/disconnection of two electrode lines, so that a total contactor resistance is reduced by half compared with that in the conventional technology.

An on-vehicle audio/video system is provided which comprises a controller, a data source and a playing device, wherein the controller comprises at least a first transmitter, and the data source comprises at least a first receiver, a first micro-controller and a second transmitter. The controller comprises at least a first RF transmitter. The data source comprises at least a first RF receiver, a first micro-controller and a second RF transmitter. The playing device comprises at least a second RF receiver. The controller sends an RF control signal to the data source and/or playing device. The first RF receiver in the data source receives the RF control signal and sends the signal to the first micro-controller for processing. The second transmitter transmits data signal and/or control signal to the playing device under the control of the first micro-controller.
