A reusable collision energy absorption device for a rail vehicle includes an impacted rod, a damping structure including a damping plug, a guide tube and a damping elastic element, a return structure including a return piston and an elastic return element, an outer tube having a tubular structure, and an interior partitioned into a front cavity and a rear cavity through a partition plate provided with a damping hole in the form of a through hole. A portion of the damping plug is in the damping hole when the damping plug is in an initial position, and the damping plug can move in a front-rear direction when the device is impacted. A gap between a radial thickest portion of the damping plug and the damping hole allows the fluid to circulate between the front cavity and the rear cavity.

Reusable collision energy absorption device for rail vehicle

A collision energy absorption apparatus for a rail vehicle, including a connection member, a base, and an energy-absorption splitting tube provided on the outer side in the radial direction of the connection member. The inner wall and outer wall of the energy-absorption splitting tube includes one or more pairs of slits having radial positions corresponding to each other. Each pair of slits includes an inner slit and an outer slit. Each slit is a non-closed linear slit. The slit has a width of 0.05-0.8 mm. The sum of the depths of each pair of slits is less than the wall thickness of the energy-absorption splitting tube.

Collision energy absorption apparatus for rail vehicles

An anti-derailment apparatus for a bogie of a rail vehicle of the disclosure comprises at least one mounting seat and an anti-derailment slide plate. The transverse orientation of the anti-derailment slide plate on the mounting seat and the extending length of the anti-derailment slide plate in the vertical direction meet the following requirements simultaneously: 1) making the anti-derailment slide plate located at the inside of the ground rail when the rail vehicle runs normally; 2) when at least one wheelset of the rail vehicle climbs rail, the anti-derailment slide plate acts on the ground rail to form lateral limitation points so as to limit the freedom of the rail vehicle and make it still constrained by the ground rail.

A telescopic type collision energy absorption device includes a first tube, a second tube telescoped within the first tube, and a telescopic mechanism connected with the second tube by passing through the first tube, the first tube being mounted with a cutting mechanism for cutting an outer wall of the second tube, when the device is in a non-operating state, the telescopic mechanism pulls the second tube to retract into the first tube; in a state prior to the collision of a vehicle, the telescopic mechanism under an effect of high-pressure air pushes the second tube to eject outwards, the cutting mechanism is pressed against locating slots of the second tube under an effect of a spring force, the cutting mechanism cuts the second tube and absorbs energy when the second tube is subjected to an external force and retracts towards interior of the first tube.
