The present invention relates to a housing for a multifunctional electronic device and a method for preparing the same. The housing comprises an upper cover and a lower cover fixed together to form an internal space, wherein the upper cover comprises a first layer formed of a first thermoplastic material, said first layer having a thickness in the range of 0.8 mm to 1.5 mm and comprising at least two functional components integrated thereon; the lower cover comprises a second layer formed of a second thermoplastic material, said second layer having a thickness in the range of 2 mm to 4 mm; and the housing for the multifunctional electronic device comprises at least 90 wt % of the thermoplastic materials, relative to the total weight of the housing.

Housing for multifunctional electronic device and method for preparing the same

The present invention relates to a housing part, a housing and an electronic device. The housing part according to this invention comprises a first layer, said first layer being molded from a first composition comprising a1) 50-90 wt. % of a first amorphous polymer and b1) 10-50 wt. % of a first thermally conductive filler, the first composition having a thermal conductivity (TC1) of 4-40 W/(m*K), a second layer, said second layer being molded from a second composition comprising a2) 50-90 wt. % of a second amorphous polymer and b2) 10-50 wt. % of a second thermally conductive filler, the second composition having a thermal conductivity (TC2) of 0.5-10 W/(m*K), and the second layer being molded over the first layer by leaving at least one area of the first layer not being over-molded with the second layer for being exposed to at least one heat source, wherein, TC1 is at least 2 W/(m*K) larger than TC2, the amounts of al and b1 are based on the total weight of the first composition, the amounts of a2 and b2 are based on the total weight of the second composition, and the thermal conductivity is measured in-plane according to ASTM E1461-01. The housing part provided in this invention has high heat dissipating efficiency and mechanical properties as well as high dimensional stability.

The pylon structure includes a pylon box section () formed from an upper and a lower bean, a frame () and a side wall panel. The pylon structure has a thrust reverser hood connection structure, provided on the side wall and connected with a nacelle thrust reverser hood having a front fixed hood () and a rear movable hood (). A guide rail allows the rear movable hood to slide and open relative to the pylon box section. The engine thrust reverser hood is directly connected to the side wall of the pylon box section and a guide rail on the side wall guides the opening of the thrust reverser hood.

The method comprises: generating an identification code corresponding to the electrical device; generating a temporary key according to the identification code; encrypting first data to generate a first secret key according to the temporary key and a first encryption mechanism; and encrypting the first secret key by a second encryption mechanism to generate an encrypted key.
