The present disclosure provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a plurality of scan lines and at least one pull-down circuit unit. The pull-down circuit includes a forward scan pull-down unit and/or a reverse scan pull-down unit. The forward scan pull-down unit receives a (n+m)scan signal, a first control signal, and a reference low level signal, and is connected to the nscan line. The reverse scan pull-down unit receives a (n−m)scan signal, a second control signal, and the reference low level signal, and is connected to the nscan line.

Display panel and display device

A display panel and an electronic terminal are provided, including a plurality of opening areas, an array substrate, a color filter substrate positioned opposite to the array substrate, a backlight module arranged on one side of the array substrate away from the color filter substrate; and an optical layer disposed in at least one of the color filter substrate and the array substrate. The color filter substrate includes color resist portions in the respective opening areas. By receiving a potential changeable signal by the gate of a first transistor or the gate of a second thin-film transistor, it can alleviate or avoid current leakage caused when a first node keeps at a same voltage level for a long time, thereby improving the stability of the potential of the first node.

Gate drive circuit and display device

The present application provides a display panel and a display device, the display panel includes: N scan lines, the N is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and J sets of forward and reverse scan pull-down circuits, each set of the forward and reverse scan pull-down circuits includes N forward and reverse scan pull-down modules, at least a part of each of the forward and reverse scan pull-down modules is disposed in the display subarea, and the J is an integer greater than or equal to 1. In each set of the forward and reverse scan pull-down circuits, output terminals of the N forward and reverse scan pull-down modules are connected to the N scan lines in a one-to-one correspondence.

The embodiment of the present application discloses a display device, a display system and a distributed function system. The initial pixel driving data corresponding to the image to be displayed, which is received, is segmented into a plurality of pixel driving data blocks by the management chip. With the display screen comprising a plurality of display modules, and the pixel driving data blocks are written to the driving circuits of the corresponding display modules through the data connection lines based on control signals. The driving circuit is employed to drive pixels in the display module to work according to the pixel driving data block, which is received to meet the display requirements of full HD and resolutions above full HD.

Display device, display system and distributed function system

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate includes a first active layer, a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer, a second active layer, and a source/drain metal layer. The first active layer is connected in parallel with the second active layer through a conductor layer. Through an active layer structure with two layers in parallel, an on-state current and mobility of equivalent carriers of a device are effectively improved, and a comprehensive performance of the device is improved.

A backlight module and a display device are provided, which include a camera area and a backlight area, wherein the backlight area surrounds the camera area, the camera area includes a transparent illumination area and a non-transparent illumination area, and the non-transparent illumination area surrounds the transparent illumination area; and the light board is disposed in the non-transparent illumination area and the at least one light bead is disposed on a light board. In the display mode, the camera area obtains a uniform light source, so as to realize the camera area of the display device which can be displayed normally in the displaying mode, and achieve a true 100% screen ratio. In a lighting mode of the camera module, the light source of the light bead is turned off to avoid affecting the collecting operation of the camera module.

Backlight module and display device

A semiconductor device and an electronic device are provided. The semiconductor device includes an insulating substrate and a thin film transistor layer. The thin film transistor layer includes a first active layer and a first insulating layer disposed on the first active layer, and a convex portion is formed on the first insulating layer. The thin film transistor layer further includes a second active layer and a third active layer disposed on both sidewalls and an upper surface of the convex portion, one end of the first active layer is connected to the second active layer, and another end of the first active layer is connected to the third active layer.

The display panel includes a substrate, and a data line and a transistor electrically connected to the data line and on the substrate, and the transistor includes a patterned active layer and a conductive line. The patterned active layer of the transistor is disposed in a region corresponding to the data line. The patterned active layer includes a source contact region, the conductive line includes a first conductive line that is a source electrically connected to the patterned active layer corresponding to the source contact region, and an orthographic projection of the source on the substrate is located within an orthographic projection of the data line on the substrate.

A display panel, a pixel driving circuit, and a display device are provided. Driving transistors include a first transistor and a second transistor connected in parallel. An absolute value of a threshold voltage of the first transistor is greater than an absolute value of a threshold voltage of the second transistor. A carrier mobility of the first transistor is greater than a carrier mobility of the second transistor. A driving current is affected by characteristics of the second transistor and an increase speed is slowed down, which improves a problem of color unevenness of the display panel at low brightness.

A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes an active layer, a gate electrode layer, and a metal layer. By forcibly pulling down an electrical potential of a scan signal in a first scan line when a pulse rising edge of the scan signal in the second scanning line arrives, an electrical potential falling time of each scan signal in a display area can be shortened. At the same time, a control line is constructed to at least partially overlaps an electrical potential transmission line in a thickness direction of the display panel, to increase an aperture ratio as much as possible.

An embodiment of the present disclosure is directed to a display panel. The display panel includes a plurality of scan lines and a plurality of forward and reverse scan pull-down circuit. The plurality of scan lines is located on the display area. Each of the forward and reverse scan pull-down circuits includes a forward scan control module, a reverse scan control module, and a pull-down module located on a display area. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display panel and a display terminal. The display panel includes at least one ultraviolet sensing transistor and at least one control transistor disposed on a substrate, and a color film substrate including a light blocking unit; wherein the ultraviolet sensing transistor includes an ultraviolet absorbing layer, and an orthographic projection of the light blocking unit on the substrate covers an orthographic projection of the ultraviolet absorbing layer on the substrate. According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the light blocking unit absorbs or blocks the visible lights to prevent the visible lights from entering into the ultraviolet absorbing layer.
