An exhaust assembly, an upper cover assembly, and a cooking device. The exhaust assembly includes: an exhaust system can be opened and closed; an exhaust trigger member that is connected to the exhaust system and suitable for triggering the opening of the exhaust system; a reset trigger member that is connected to the exhaust system and suitable for triggering the closing of the exhaust system; and a toggle member adapted to move between an exhaust position and a close position, and when located at the exhaust position, the toggle member actions on the exhaust trigger member and makes the exhaust trigger member trigger the opening of the exhaust system, and when located at the close position, the toggle member actions on the reset trigger member and makes the reset trigger member trigger the closing of the exhaust system.
