A combined direct current circuit breaker includes a transfer branch, an energy absorption branch, at least two primary branches and at least two secondary branches; the transfer branch is connected in parallel with the energy absorption branch; the primary branches are in one-to-one correspondence with the second branches; the primary branches are connected with direct current outgoing lines of a direct current busbar in a high-voltage direct current power transmission system; the secondary branches are connected in series with the transfer branches and then connected in parallel with two ends of the primary branches corresponding to the secondary branches.

Combined direct current circuit breaker and application method thereof

The present invention provides a direct current circuit breaker and its implementation method, which includes a cutout circuit, a commutation circuit and a energy absorption circuit connected in parallel. Through using power semiconductor switch module to cut off the current, it will have a quickly action, without generating electric arc, while the modular construction also reduces the consistency requirements of the power electronic component.

Direct current circuit breaker and its implementation

The present invention relates to a basic function unit of voltage source converter, which is characterized in that the basic function unit includes a switching device function module, a by-pass function module, a switch protection function module, a secondary control and protection function module, and a energy storage unit. The secondary control and protection function module, the energy storage unit and the by-pass function module are all fixed on the motherboard, there is a slide rail at the bottom of the motherboard, the motherboard can move back and forth on the slide rail. This present invention provides a high power electronic device which is used for transforming the alternating current into the direct current, or transforming the direct current into the alternating current: a thyristor valve module, there are two same thyristor valve segments in the whole thyristor valve module; each segment includes saturated reactor, thyristor valve unit, direct current equalizing resistor unit, acquiring energy unit, damped resistor unit, damped capacitor unit, gate series unit and water cooling system. This device series connects the thyristor valves to meet different transmission powers and different voltage ranks. This device is the key element of the high voltage direct current transmission. It can be used for different voltage ranks AD transmission system and can also be used for different voltage ranks DC system, including the ultra-high voltage 800 kV and above system.

Thyristor valve module

This present provides a control and protection equipment system suitable for synthesis converter operation test, relates to power system automation equipment field. Control and protection system of converter valve operation test equipment

It has high equivalence and good flexibility. It includes FACTS double way thyristor valve and normal direct current thyristor valve operation tests and over current test. High voltage thyristor valve multi-injection test method

The present invention relates to a self-cooled thyistor device for ultra-high voltage fault current limiter. a self-cooled thyristor valve, it adopts horizontal structure consisted by frames, frames is divided into upper and below two spaces by crossbeams, the bottom of frames is supported by insulators. There is a cross plate between two vertical said frames, the cross plate mounts resistors connect with a high potential plate and capacitor through two wires. There is a thyistor string in said frame upper space, which is constituted of thyistors and cooler series. The thyistor string is compressed tightly by press-fit mechanism, thyistor string crosses current transformers. There are high potential plates on both sides of the thyistor, the number of the potential plates is equal to that of thyistor. One side of the high potential plates links frames, said current transformers connects with high potential plates. There are capacitors and resistors connected with the bottom plate of said frames in the below space. The small and well-structured invention meets the requirement of the energy on continuous trigger condition, improves the global reliability of thyristor valve.
