The present invention provides a self-healing ceramic material with reduced porosity and a method for preparing the same. The self-healing ceramic material comprises the following components by volume: 60-85 parts by volume of AlO, 10-20 parts by volume of TiN, 10-20 parts by volume of TiSi, 0.1-1 parts by volume of MgO, and 0.1-1 parts by volume of YO. Wherein, AlOserves as a matrix, TiN and TiSiact as repair agents, and MgO and YOfunction as sintering aids. The repair function is realized by adding TiN and TiSi, which have repair capabilities, to the ceramic matrix, enabling the ceramic material to heal cracks. TiN plays the main role of repair function, and TiSiassists in the repair and helps reduce the formation of surface pores.

A laminated cermet tool material with self generated micro texture on the surface and a preparation method thereof; first, the tungsten carbide titanium matrix powder is added with molybdenum cobalt nickel rare metal as the bonding phase to form the matrix, then 2.5D braided ceramic fiber preforms are placed on the upper and lower surfaces of the cermet matrix powder, and the laminated cermet tool material with self generated micro texture on the surface is obtained by spark plasma sintering, as the ceramic fiber braid is braided, it has a stable structure, realizing the formation of texture coating on the surface of the tool, and the laminated tool with the cermet as the middle layer.

The invention relates to nickel-coated hexagonal boron nitride nanosheet composite powder, its preparation and high-performance composite ceramic cutting tool material. The composite powder has a core-shell structure with BNNS as the core and Ni as the shell. The self-lubricating ceramic cutting tool material is prepared by wet ball milling mixing and vacuum hot-pressing sintering with a phase alumina as the matrix, tungsten-titanium carbide as the reinforcing phase, nickel-coated hexagonal boron nitride nanosheet composite powder as the solid lubricant and magnesium oxide and yttrium oxide as the sintering aids. The invention also provides preparation methods of the nickel-coated hexagonal boron nitride nanosheet composite powder and the self-lubricating ceramic cutting tool material.
