An ophthalmological device according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a support structure, an illumination light source, an observation optical system, and a controller. The support structure is configured to support a subject's face. The illumination light source is configured to illuminate a subject's eye. The observation optical system includes an imaging element configured to receive light reflecting off the subject's eye. The controller is configured to acquire, from the imaging element, a first image captured when the illumination light source is on and a second image captured when the illumination light source is off and determine whether the subject's face is placed on the support structure based on a difference between the first image and the second image.

Ophthalmological device

A measuring device according to one aspect of the present disclosure projects a measuring light toward a fundus of a subject's eye; receives a reflected light reflected from the fundus; and then measures an eye refractive power of the subject's eye based on a light-receiving signal. Additionally, reliability of a measured value is determined. Specifically, a process, in which the eye refractive power is measured based on the light-receiving signal, is consecutively executed an undetermined number of times until an end condition is satisfied. The measured value of the eye refractive power obtained in every execution of the process is displayed on a display together with information indicating the reliability of the measured value.

Eye refractive power measuring device and method of measuring eye refractive power

An ophthalmic device is configured to examine at least two eye characteristics including intraocular pressure, and the ophthalmic device includes: an examination optical system configured to obtain information of a subject's eye when the at least two eye characteristics of the subject's eye are examined; and an examination window configured to switch examinations of the at least two eye characteristics. The examination optical system is arranged outside of the examination window. The examination window is capable of rotating independently of the examination optical system. The examinations of the at least two eye characteristics are switched by rotation of the examination window.
