The present disclosure provides an autonomous mobile device. The autonomous mobile device includes a device main body, provided with a buffer component on a front side of the device main body; a line laser module, arranged on at least one of the device main body and the buffer component and located between the buffer component and the device main body, wherein the line laser module includes a camera device configured to capture an environmental image and a first window is arranged at a position on the buffer component corresponding to the camera device to enable external ambient light to enter the camera device; and an infrared fill-in lamp, arranged on the buffer component.

Autonomous mobile device

Embodiments of the present application disclose a universal wheel assembly and a smart cleaning device having the same. The universal wheel assembly includes a rotating shaft support and a universal wheel support. The rotating shaft support is configured to be fixed to a predetermined mounting position. The universal wheel support is connected to the rotating shaft support and is rotatable relative to the rotating shaft support. The universal wheel support is provided with a through hole, and the through hole is used for a mounting tool to pass through to fix the rotating shaft support to the predetermined mounting position.

Line laser module and autonomous mobile device

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a line laser module and an autonomous mobile device. The line laser module includes a fixed base, and a camera and a line laser emitter arranged on the fixed base. The line laser emitter is provided at one or more sides of the camera, and configured to emit a laser with a linear projection. The camera is configured to operate in conjunction with the line laser emitter, and to capture an environmental image. An infrared filter is arranged in front of the camera, and configured to allow only infrared light to enter the camera. The autonomous mobile device includes an infrared flashlight. The camera is configured to capture, at different time points, a first environmental image for distance measurement and a second environmental image for object identification.

An intelligent cleaning device, comprising a device main body, a camera and a fill-in light, wherein the camera is mounted in the device main body and faces an outer side of the device main body; the fill-in light is mounted in the device main body by means of a fill-in light holder and faces the outer side of the device main body; and an irradiation direction of the fill-in light is the same as a photographic direction of the camera, so as to irradiate at least part of an identification region of the camera.

The presently disclosed technology includes a friction stir welding apparatus comprising a frame, a moving platform and a parallel mechanism composed of three branch mechanisms, wherein a first branch mechanism comprises a first sliding pair, a first revolute pair, a telescopic rod and a first spherical pair connected in sequence. A second branch mechanism and a third branch mechanism both comprise a third sliding pair, a second revolute pair, a third linkage and a second spherical pair connected in sequence. The friction stir welding apparatus has high stiffness, low inertia, high dynamic performance and high accuracy, which can achieve precision welding with high requirements on processing quality and accuracy for jointing annular seams of large-scale rocket fuel storage tank barrels in the aviation field, for example. The presently disclosed technology also includes a corresponding friction stir welding system.
