A salt-spray protection structure for fan includes a frame, a hub, at least one protruded portion, and a stator assembly. The frame is internally provided with a base that internally defines a receiving space and has a bearing cup and at least one raised end formed thereon. The hub is mounted on the base, and one side of the hub facing toward the base has at least one open end. The protruded portion is selectively formed on one of the raised end of the base and the open end of the hub. The stator assembly is fitted around the bearing cup. The protruded portion works to scrape off salt grains that are attached to and accumulated on the hub or the base, allowing the fan to have extended service life.

A frame assembly of a ring-type fan with a pressure-releasing function includes a fan wheel, a pressuring-releasing portion, and a frame body. The fan wheel is received in an accommodating space of the frame body. The fan wheel has a hub and a plurality of blades. The pressure-releasing portion is formed on free ends of the blades and has a stopping wall and a flange extending from one end of the stopping wall. A pressure-releasing channel is formed between the stopping wall and an inner wall of the frame body. With the pressure-releasing portion being formed on the free ends of the blades, the present invention is capable of delaying the deceleration, improving the fan performance, and reducing its noise.

Frame assembly of ring-type fan with pressure-releasing function

A serial fan frame assembly structure includes a first fan frame and a second fan frame. The first fan frame has a first and a second retainer, as well as a first and a second receiving slot; and the second fan frame has a first and a second receiving recess, as well as a first and a second post. The first and second retainer are configured for correspondingly engaging with the first and second recesses, while the first and second posts are configured for correspondingly engaging with the first and second receiving slots, so that the first and the second fan frame can be quickly assembled together in a manner capable of reducing vibration during the operation of a serial fan.

An anti-relief fan frame body structure includes a frame body and multiple anti-relief sections. The frame body has a receiving space and a shaft seat received in the receiving space. The frame body further has multiple flow guide members extending from a circumference of shaft seat to an inner circumference of the frame body to connect with the inner circumference of the frame body. The anti-relief sections are disposed on the inner circumference of the frame body between the flow guide members to increase the performance of the fan.

A series fan assembling structure includes a first main body and a second main body. A first reception recess, a first engagement body, a first reception section and a second reception section are respectively disposed in four corners of one end of the first main body. A second reception recess, a second engagement body, a first raised body and a second raised body are respectively disposed in four corners of one end of the second main body. The first and second engagement bodies and the first and second raised bodies are respectively correspondingly latched and engaged with the first and second reception recesses and the first and second reception sections, whereby the series fan can be quickly assembled and the shake can be minimized.

Series fan assembling structure

A bearing/stator set retainer structure includes a base seat, a stator set and a retainer member. The base seat has a bearing cup having an internal bearing hole in which a bearing is disposed. The stator set is assembled on the base seat and has an abutment section on one side distal from the base seat. The retainer member has at least one latch section for fixedly assembling the retainer member on the bearing cup. The retainer member further has at least one protrusion section in abutment with the abutment section and at least one inner flange section in abutment with the bearing. Accordingly, the retainer member can be easily disassembled from and reassembled with the bearing cup to facilitate reworking. Also, the retainer member is able to fix the bearing and the stator set at the same time to simplify the assembling process and prolong lifetime of the fan.
