An input control for providing motion commands to an actuator, including an input screen on which a plurality of movement symbols are arranged, each of which is associated with a motion command for the actuator, and which includes a sequence track for lining up copies of the movement symbols along an alignment direction, having a processor which is configured to interrogate the sequence track in order to determine a sequence of motion commands and to output the sequence of motion commands and/or an actuator control signal sequence which is dependent on the sequence of motion commands, and wherein a sensor signal track is arranged in parallel with the sequence track, which is configured for displaying a sensor signal sequence of at least one sensor signal of a sensor system assigned to the actuator.

Input device, method for providing movement commands to an actuator, and actuator system

A valve arrangement has several valve clusters which are designed for different nominal flow rates. Each valve cluster () comprises a valve base () fitted with valve units (), the valve units () respectively having a control portion (), which is connected by way of electrical interface means () with internal signal transmission means () of the valve base (). Irrespectively of the flow rate category the overall height of the valve bases (), the width of the component mounting sites and of the valve units () and also the electrical interface means () are identically configured in the case of the valve clusters of all flow rate categories. The modification of the nominal flow rates is performed more especially by the choice of different overall lengths of the valve units ().

Valve arrangement for different flow rate categories

A valve means () comprises a valve support () with internal valve support ducts (). Several component mounting sites () are located on the valve support () to be individually fitted with control units (), at least one special purpose control unit () being present, which with an intermediate plate () simultaneously covers over several adjacently placed component mounting sites (). At least one control valve () of the special purpose control unit () is connected with the valve support ducts () opening at the covered component mounting sites () via an intermediate plate duct arrangement () running in the intermediate plate ().

Valve apparatus

A pilot controlled pulse valve has a valve spool releasably held in both terminal positions by a latching device. The latching device comprise a permanent magnet holding the valve spool by magnetic force. To set the terminal or end position the permanent magnet has an abutment placed to the fore of it. In order to protect the permanent magnet against damage the abutment bears against the valve housing independently of the permanent magnet.

Pilot controlled pulse valve

A fluid power device having at least one pressure regulator whose regulator housing is fitted at the end side with a manometer. In order to ensure readability of its display face when looking at it from different angles the manometer is able to be positioned at different alignments in relation to the regulator housing. For this purpose the manometer is mounted on a holder, which is able to be pivoted in relation to regulator housing about an axis of rotation perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and to the upright axis of the pressure regulator to present different display positions.

Fluid power device with a pressure regulator

A connection device for fluid lines has a housing in which at least one housing recess is formed stepped in the longitudinal direction and merging at an inner end thereof with a fluid duct. An attachment means is fixed in the housing recess and defines a passage opening rendering possible the plugging into position of a fluid line to be connected. A sealing ring is associated with said attachment means. The sealing ring has an inner periphery matching the outline of the fluid line to be connected and being penetrated by the fluid line when connected. A centering section of the housing recess is located axially within the attachment means. An adapter ring is provided able to be inserted into the centering section for bridging over any radial intermediate space present between the outer periphery of the line's end section and the inner periphery of the centering section.

Connection device for fluid lines

A multiway valve has valve housing and at least one pilot valve arranged in it. The principal valve housing possesses an integral principal housing part wherein at least the control section of a valve spool is arranged. The pilot valve possesses a head piece which is mounted on an assembly interface formed directly on the principal housing part. This assembly interface is furthermore provided with a pilot valve seat, which is an integral component of the principal housing part.

Pilot controlled multiway valve

A fluid power controller device comprises a plurality of valve modules arranged sequentially in a row direction and collected together as an array-like unit, such modules comprising respectively a principal valve having at least one moving valve member and at least one electrically operated valve drive for the principal valve. At least two of the valve modules placed sequentially in the row direction are spaced from each other with the formation of an intermediate space. In such intermediate space a diagnostic module is placed for the detection of at least one operational state of one or both principal valves.

Fluidic control system

A stackable valve manifold arrangement including a first valve manifold adapted to operatively receive a plurality of valves. The first valve manifold having an upper surface. A second valve manifold is provided which is adapted to operatively receive a plurality of valves. The second valve manifold has a lower surface that is in opposed relationship to the upper surface of the first valve manifold, and the second valve manifold is in fluid communication with the first manifold. The first and second manifolds may each be joined to a circuit board forming a module. The modules are vertically stackable and operatively connected to each other to form a system.

Stackable valve manifold arrangement

A valve having a control means for the control of a fluid flow, such control means being able to be caused to move in two opposite switching directions. In order to render possible delay-free switching over after long periods of inactivity, a drive means is provided, which has spring means, which are tensioned when the control means is moved into a terminal switching position. The energy then stored is available for increasing the force during the next switching movement.

Valve

A valve arrangement having an integral rail-like valve carrier body fitted with a plurality of valve units placed in a row or in-line. Each valve unit comprises a valve and at least one valve drive, the latter making electrical contact by way of a plug contact with electrical connector. Each valve is provided with its own connection module having the associated electrical connector, all connection modules being placed in a row free of mutual electrical control connection in sequence. Electrical conductors extend from each connection module and are in the form of flexible wire conductors.
