An injection system for injecting fuel has an actuator, a pilot valve with a valve mushroom, and a supply throttle. The control chamber encompasses a control piston, a first discharge throttle, a first sealing edge for forming a first sealing seat along with the valve mushroom, a second sealing edge of a piston chamber with a valve piston, the second sealing edge forming a second sealing seat along with the valve piston during a maximum actuator working lift for sealing the piston chamber and the valve chamber from each other; and a second discharge throttle connecting the piston chamber to the low-pressure zone between the first and the second sealing edge, wherein ddd, dare the minimum diameter of the first discharge throttle, dbeing the minimum diameter of the second discharge throttle, and dbeing the minimum diameter of the supply throttle.

Injection system, and method for the production of an injection system

The fuel injection valve, for an internal combustion motor, has a valve body with injection openings () at its point. A valve needle has an axial movement within the valve body, with a conical needle point to give a selective blocking and release of the fuel flow through the injection openings. The point of the valve needle has recessed grooves matching each of the injection openings. The width of each groove matches the diameter of an injection opening, with a stepped contour and a curved cross section.

Fuel-injection valve

The invention relates to a valve, in particular a fuel injection valve for a high-pressure accumulator injection system of an internal combustion engine. Said valve comprises a valve body, provided with a valve body seat and a valve needle, guided over a guiding length in said valve body within a stationary circular cylindrical guiding surface and provided with a valve needle seat for controlling a spray orifice. According to the present invention, a pressure reservoir under high pressure, in the shape of an annular groove arranged coaxially in relation to the guiding surface, is provided in said valve body.

Fuel injection valve

An injection device for injecting fuel comprises a nozzle needle (), which is arranged in a nozzle body (), and a micro-bore () formed in the nozzle body (), in which at least one injection hole () is configured. Here one tip () of the nozzle needle () projects into the micro-bore () in such a way that the tip () is arranged at the level of the injection holes () in the axial direction (X&#x2014;X) of the nozzle needle, with recesses being formed in the tip at the tip () of the nozzle needle () level with the injection holes (), in order to ensure a minimum distance between the tip () and the injection holes ().
