An adjustment apparatus for a wheelchair back that can be used with various backs, that can be adjusted in a plurality of ways using a single adjustment point, and that can be adjusted without the use of tools. In another aspect, includes a support mechanism for mounting an adjustment apparatus for a wheelchair back that can be engaged using gravity, that provides at least one support point, and that can be utilized without the use of tools. Still another aspect of the wheelchair back assembly includes a mounting clamp that is simple in construction, that provides at least one support point, and that can be easily disassembled and adjusted to accommodate upright frame members of various diameters without the use of a tool.

A mounting clamp assembly that provides at least one support point for a wheelchair back mounting assembly, the mounting clamp assembly includes a clamp block and threaded clamp fastener extending through the clamp block and engaging a support by which the mounting clamp can be secured to a wheelchair cane; the mounting clamp assembly can be easily disassembled and adjusted to accommodate upright frame members of various diameters without the use of a tool.

A system for attaching a wheelchair back to wheelchair posts comprising a bracket and interchangeable attachment hardware secured to the bracket. A utility illumination device comprises a first end member, a second end member and a light tube coupled between the first end member and the second end member. The first end member has at least one faceted surface along an edge thereof. Analogously, the second end member has at least one faceted surface along an edge thereof. The illumination device further comprises an illumination assembly within the light tube that comprises a light source. The illumination device is manually adjustable to change the direction of light emitted from the illumination device.

An exercise device includes an exercise brace, a first strap, a second strap and a resistance band. The exercise brace includes a first frame member and a second frame member that pivotably couples to the first frame member. The first strap couples to the first frame member about an end portion thereof to temporarily attach the exercise device to a user. Similarly, the second strap couples to the second frame member about an end portion thereof to temporarily attach the exercise device to the user. The resistance band couples to the exercise brace such that the resistance band creates a resistance to pivoting movement between the first frame member and the second frame member.
