Methods and apparatus to adjust operation of a fluid flow control assembly are disclosed. An example safety valve controller apparatus includes comparator circuitry to compare a current measurement to at least one of a first threshold associated with a first flow setting of a fluid flow control assembly or a second threshold associated with a second flow setting of the fluid flow control assembly, and determine a first drive signal associated with the first flow setting or a second drive signal associated with the second flow setting in response to satisfying a respective one of the first or second thresholds, and current modulating circuitry to determine a third drive signal based on the current measurement, the third drive signal to modulate the flow setting of the fluid flow control assembly between the first and second flow settings.

Methods and apparatus to adjust operation of a fluid flow control assembly

Methods, apparatus, and articles of manufacture to validate position parameters of a valve are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a field device, the field device further including a sensor interface to receive an unprocessed valve position parameter from a sensor and a position comparator to determine a deviation between the unprocessed valve position parameter and an interpreted valve position parameter and a valve position validator apparatus, the valve position validator apparatus further including a parameter comparator to determine if the deviation exceeds a threshold and an alert generator to generate an alert when the parameter comparator determines the deviation exceeds the threshold.

Methods and apparatus to validate valve position parameters

A tamper proof control system includes a housing, and a cap. The housing includes a housing body defining an interior volume to accommodate an electronic process control device and further includes a first end having a housing threaded portion. The cap includes a cap body that defines an interior volume and further includes a proximal end, a cap threaded portion, an exterior surface, and at least one groove formed on the exterior surface. The proximal end of the cap body defines a coupling portion. Upon threadably securing the cap to the housing, the coupling portion of the cap engages the housing threaded portion to restrict relative rotation between the housing and the cap.
