The article carrier () comprises a plurality of primary panels () which form a tubular structure having an interior chamber. The plurality of primary panels includes: a first panel (); and a second panel () opposing the first panel (). The carrier () further comprises a partition structure (P, P) dividing the interior chamber into two or more article-receiving cells.

Blank for forming an article carrier

Aspects of the disclosure relate to a nestable blank for forming a basket-style carrier. The blank comprises a plurality of panels for forming walls of the carrier, which panels include a first side panel, a second side panel and a bottom panel. The first side panel is hinged to the bottom panel and the bottom panel is asymmetrical. The bottom panel has first and second opposed end edges, and the first end edge is offset from a first end edge of the adjacent first side panel by a first distance. The second end edge of the bottom panel is offset from a second end edge of the adjacent first side panel by a second distance, and the first distance is greater than the second distance. The bottom panel also comprises a beveled corner.

A package is described for housing a product supported upon a blister portion of the package. The product may be an item whose weight may be supported by the blister. For some products such as cables, wires, or hoses the product may also be held in a desired shape.

A carton for packaging one or more articles includes a plurality of walls including a top wall, a base wall, a first side wall and a second side wall forming a tubular structure. One of the plurality of walls includes a handle structure defined in it. The handle structure includes a grip member struck from one of the plurality of walls and a handle strap. The grip member is mounted on the handle strap. A first aperture is struck from the one of the plurality of walls. The aperture is disposed adjacent to a first end of the grip member so as to define a first end edge of the grip member. The first aperture defines a portion of an opening in the one of the plurality of walls. In the opening, a portion of the handle strap may be received.

A method of forming a packaging blank includes stripping away a portion of a stock material to create an offset void () and blanking the stock material into a plurality of packaging blanks. Blanking includes separating the stock material along a plurality of severance lines () dividing between the blanks (), wherein at least two of the severance lines are separated from one another by the offset void. Blanking can include separating the stock material along a plurality of severance lines dividing the blanks from one another by a blanking grid, wherein the blanking grid is arranged in a nested sheet-fed layout.
