An air handling unit (AHU) for a heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) system includes a housing and a combustion heater disposed within the housing. The housing includes a combustion section with a first channel and a second channel. The combustion heater includes heat exchanger tubes and a tube support that supports heat exchanger tubes within the combustion section. The tube support slidably disposed in the first channel and the second channel. The combustion heater configured to be slidably removable from the AHU. An AHU for an HVACR system includes a housing with a fan section and a fan assembly disposed within the housing. The fan assembly including a pair of grooves slidably disposed on a pair of rails of the housing. The fan assembly configured to be both slidably removable from the AHU and liftably removable from the AHU.

A vibration control system for a variable speed cooling system includes a programmable controller in communication with a variable frequency drive (VFD). The programmable controller is programmed to command the VFD to operate at frequencies only outside of one or more frequency lockout bands automatically calculated by the programmable controller based on a comparison of newly acquired variable speed cooling system vibration data with previously stored variable speed cooling system vibration specification data.

A noise reduction curb for use as an interface with a rooftop air conditioning unit by forming a base upon which the air conditioning unit rests and is mounted on a roof of a building. A noise reduction supply air duct is oriented in the longitudinal dimension of the air conditioning unit and has a supply air inlet fluidly coupled to the supply air source and a supply air outlet fluidly coupled directly to the supply ducts in the building. The supply air inlet is longitudinally displaced from the supply air outlet and is separated therefrom by a flow turbulence reducing substantially straight duct section. A noise reduction return air duct is oriented in the lateral dimension of the air conditioning unit and has a return air inlet fluidly coupled directly to the return air ducts in the building and a return air outlet fluidly coupled to the air conditioning unit. The return air inlet is laterally displaced from the return air outlet.
