A real estate virtual showing management system manages virtual showings of listings. The system enables all parties to view the listing virtually. It does not allow a buyer to be visible to the seller side. It also does not allow a seller to be visible to the buyer side. Both the buyer and seller sides form independent confidential communication channels during the virtual showing while the agents are visible to all parties. The system further allows the listing agent to seek real-time feedback from the showing agent during the live virtual showing. In addition, the system provides confidential audio communication for the buyer side and the seller side independently. The system allows the parties to mute and unmute media from another party. The system also can auto-tag a property feature while it is being shown. The system further allows the listing agent to seek the buyer's engagement measurement data.

Techniques are described for using computing devices to perform automated operations related to providing visual information of multiple types in an integrated manner about a building or other defined area. The techniques may include generating and presenting a GUI (graphical user interface) on a client device that includes a computer model of the building's interior with one or more first types of information (e.g., in a first pane of the GUI), and simultaneously presenting other types of related information about the building interior (e.g., in additional separate GUI pane(s)) that is coordinated with the first type(s) of information being currently displayed. The computer model may be a 3D (three-dimensional) or 2.5D representation generated after the house is built and showing the actual house's interior (e.g., walls, furniture, etc.), and may be displayed to a user of a client computing device in a displayed GUI with various user-selectable controls.

A system and method of routing a conference call participant to a conference call is disclosed. Participant location data is requested from an electronic device of the conference call participant. The participant location data is received on a system server from the electronic device of the conference call participant. A least cost connection conference call access phone number is determined from an access number group of one or more available conference call access phone numbers based on the location data from the electronic device of the conference call participant. The conference call participant is provided with the least cost connection conference call access phone number.

System and method of routing conference call participants

A system for conference calling having a memory having at least one user record associated with a system user, the user record having telephone number and an electronic address. A conference call request receiving function is executable by the processor to receive a conference call request email, the conference call request email has calendar information and an electronic address of one or more participants. A scheduling function is executable by the processor to schedule a conference call on the system server between the one or more participants that are system users at the time of the conference call according to the calendar information in the conference call request email. Also provided is a method for conference calling whereby a conference call request is received via email.
