A method and system for adhering roofing products to a supporting roof substrate, wherein ballast rock from a pre-existing roof insulation system is removed thereby exposing one or more layers of pre-existing insulation products supported by the roof substrate. In the case of new construction, the method contemplates installation of one or more layers of insulation products supported by the roof substrate. Core holes are formed through the one or more layers of insulation products thereby exposing the roof substrate. An anchor is attached to the roof substrate in each core hole void, and a binding agent is applied to each core hole void until the binding agent fills the core hole void, whereby the one or more layers of insulation products and roof substrate are locked together, preventing shifting of the insulation products without the need for adding ballast rocks thereon.

System and method for adhering roof insulation products to a roofing substrate

A system for monitoring a variable output paper processing device is provided. The monitoring system includes a counter which counts the number of papers processed and provides a count signal for each paper counted. A controller receives the count signals and totals the counts. The controller includes an internal clock as well as an interrupt signal generator. Upon receipt of the count signal, the interrupt generator generates an interrupt signal starting the internal clock. The internal clock has a duration of a predetermined value larger than random noise signals. The controller compares the internal clock signal to the count signal and determines whether a valid count has occurred. The controller includes a CPU and RAM which are coupled by a which isolates the RAM from the CPU when a voltage supplied to the CPU and falls below a predetermined level.

A system for insulating attics wherein access to the attic is had through an opening defined in the floor of the attic, the opening being normally closed by a trap door, comprising an expandable guard for providing lateral support to insulation adjacent the trap door opening, the guard being adjustably expandable to size and shape generally corresponding to the size and shape of the opening, and a trap door insulating pack comprising a harness enclosing insulating material, the harness being secured to the top side of the trap door.
