The invention relates to a non-corrosive degreasing concentrate and ready to use formulation. In particular, non-corrosive compositions capable of removing polymerized grease as effectively as some alkali metal hydroxide (i.e. caustic) based degreasers without requiring the use of personal protective equipment are disclosed.

Methods and compositions for biofilm remediation are disclosed. Biofilm is reduced and removed from soiled surfaces by providing to a surface in need an effective amount of a composition comprising a biocidal surfactant and at least one organic solvent. According to the invention, the biofilm remediation compositions reduce and remove biofilm formation by administering a one-step cleaner and disinfectant. The biofilm remediation compositions are stable and effective in concentrated and diluted ready-to-use formulations comprising an anionic sulfated or sulfonated surfactant that is not an organocarboxylic acid, a sparingly soluble organic solvent and optionally a soluble organic solvent.

Acidic biofilm remediation

Stable, solid triamine compositions are disclosed. The pressed, cast, extruded or other solid compositions are suitable for antimicrobial, sanitizing and disinfectant applications. Ready-to-use solutions are obtained by dissolving the solid triamine compositions with water and the methods of use thereof are particularly suitable for cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing, rinsing and/or lubricating. Beneficially, the solid triamine compositions are at least partially neutralized, allowing activity of 90% and greater of the biocidal triamine, and provide at least substantially similar or superior performance and micro efficacy to liquid formulations.

Methods of making triamine solids are disclosed. Solids including free-flowing powders, to pressed, cast, extruded or other solids are disclosed. Compositions employing the solid triamines are provided and methods of use thereof are particularly suitable for cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing, rinsing and/or lubricating are disclosed.

The present invention relates to sanitizing compositions containing glycerin ether ethoxylate solfactant compounds and cationic active antimicrobial agents containing quaternary ammonium groups. Beneficially the compositions provide sanitizing efficacy without diminished performance requiring either increased concentrations of sanitizing agent and/or increased contact time for surfaces treated with the compositions. The compositions are suitable for use as antimicrobials and/or sanitizing agents in various formulations and methods of employing the same.
