A plug-in connector device has a printed circuit board element, a first plug-in connector element which is electrically and mechanically connected to the printed circuit board element by a soldered connection, and a second plug-in connector element which is electrically and mechanically connected to the printed circuit board element by electrical press-in contacts. The second plug-in connector element has a housing section with a recess in which the first plug-in connector element is arranged in such a way that outer surfaces of the first plug-in connector element make contact with inner surfaces of the recess.

An electrical component includes an electrical part and a flat carrier on which the electrical part is disposed. A housing accommodates the carrier with the electrical part such that the part on the carrier is situated opposite a housing section to which the carrier is connected. An annular casing composed of a flexible material completely surrounds the electrical part and bears against the carrier by way of its first end and against the housing section by way of its second end. A potting compound surrounds the electrical part within the casing and at least partially fills the free volume. A method for producing an electrical component is also provided.

A housing for a control unit of a motor vehicle has a housing element and a further element attached to the housing element by way of a joining technique that does not include a joining layer or by way of a joining layer. The housing element has a main body composed of a light metal and a protective layer applied to the main body. The protective layer is arranged between the main body and the attached further element. The invention further relates to a method for producing a housing and to a control unit.

A housing for receiving electrical and/or electronic components includes a housing base part and a housing cover which covers the housing base part and which is supported on the housing base part and/or fastened to the housing base part at least by a spacer bolt. The housing cover has an opening. The spacer bolt is integrally or substance bonded to an edge of the opening and the spacer bolt closes the opening. An electronic control unit and a method for producing the housing or the control unit are also provided.

A housing includes a main housing part with an opening as well as a covering device for the opening. The covering device has a first cover part, which at least substantially covers the opening and a second cover part which is separate from the first cover part, bears at least in certain regions against the first cover part and has at least one clearance or aperture in the region of the opening. The second cover part is fastened or supported at the main housing part, in particular in the region of a periphery of the main housing part that extends or runs around the opening. The weight of the covering device is therefore low and yet a high level of stability and sealing in relation to fluids is provided.

A plug-in connector for a control apparatus has at least one contact pin which passes through a base section of a support body of the plug-in connector and can be connected electrically and mechanically to a printed circuit board of the control apparatus. An enclosure for an electronic control unit is specified which contains a rigid housing element for receiving electronic components of the electronic control unit, an elastic cover covering an open side of the housing element and a protrusion element attached to or comprised by the rigid housing element. The cover abuts the protrusion element with a predetermined force when barometric pressures on different sides of the cover are equal. The cover contains an aperture in the region where the cover abuts the protrusion element. Further, an electronic control unit with the enclosure is specified.

A control apparatus has a housing and a first integral, multilayer printed circuit board with first, second and third parts. The first part carries electric and/or electronic components, the second part is electrically and mechanically connected to a contact pin of a first plug-in connector, and the third part connects the first and the second parts. A second integral, multilayer printed circuit board has first, second and third parts. The first part is equipped with electric and/or electronic components, the second part is electrically and mechanically connected to a contact pin of a second plug-in connector, and the third part connects the first and second parts. The two printed circuit boards in their third part are flexible or at least bendable. A connection element interconnects the first parts of the printed circuit boards.

A printed circuit board (PCB) assembly for a control device has a multi-layered PCB and a plug component. The PCB has a main section, a connection section, and a curved connecting section arranged between the main section and the connection section and connects the latter such that a main plane of extent of the main section runs at an incline to a main plane of extent of the connection section. The plug component has first and second plug connectors row which each contain a plug connector. Each plug connector has connecting elements with a connection part and a contact pin. The first and second plug connector rows follow one another in a stacking direction which is inclined to the main plane of extent of the main section such that the first plug connector row is at a larger distance from the main section than the second plug connector row.

A plug component for an electrical control unit has a contact section formed with one or more compartments, in which a number of contact pins extend perpendicular to a first reference plane. The plug component can be contacted mechanically and electrically with a plug via the contact section. An attachment section extends along the first reference plane and comprises a number of sealing sections, which are provided for resting against corresponding sealing sections of at least one housing component of the control unit. A first of the sealing sections runs in parallel to the first reference plane. Second sealing sections curve away from opposing free ends of the first sealing section and extend in a second reference plane which is arranged perpendicular to the first reference plane.
