The present invention relates to a method for assembling moulded bodies. The invention also relates to a moulded body which comprises a foam and at least one fibre (F), the fibre (F) is within a fibre range (FB) inside the moulded body and is at least once at least partially divided, wherein at least one fibre (F) is completely divided. The invention further relates to the thus obtained assembled moulded body, and to a panel with contains the assembled moulded body and at least one layer (S). The invention further relates to a method for producing the panel and to the use of the assembled moulded body and the claimed panel, for example, as a rotor blade in wind turbines.

Assembling fiber-reinforced foams

The present invention relates to a process for producing a molding made from blowing agent-containing foam comprising at least one fiber (F), wherein the at least one fiber (F) is partially introduced into the blowing agent-containing foam. The two ends of the respective fiber (F) that are not surrounded by the blowing agent-containing foam thus project from one side of the corresponding molding. The present invention also provides the molding as such. The present invention further provides a panel comprising at least one such molding, produced by the process according to the invention, and at least one further layer (S). The present invention also provides for the production of the panels of the invention and for the use thereof, for example as a rotor blade in wind turbines.

Fiber-reinforcement of blowing-agent containing foam materials

Composite article comprising at least two layers of component a) and at least one layer of component b). The layers and are alternately linked together. Component a) has a compressive modulus of at least 10 MPa in contrast to the component b), which has a compression stress value at a compression of 40% of not more than 20 kPa. Composite articles are semi-flexible materials due to alternating rigid and flexible segments within the articles. Articles optionally contain at least one additional layer of component b), which layer is also alternately linked together with the respective layers of component a). At least one layer crosses at least one layer with an angle &#x3b1; in the range of 0&#xb0;&#x3c;&#x3b1;&#x3c;180&#xb0;, wherein both layers and are made of component b). Also, a method for producing those composite articles and the use of those composite articles in composite applications.

Composite article

The present invention provides a mixture comprising at least three hardener components a1), a2), and b), the ratio of hardener component a1) to a2) being in the range from 0.1 to 10:1, and hardener component b) being present at 5% to 55% by weight, based on the mixture, a process for preparing this mixture, the use of the mixture of the invention for curing epoxy resins, the use of the mixture of the invention with epoxy resins as adhesives, and an epoxy resin cured with the mixture of the invention.

Mixtures of amines with guanidine derivatives

The subject matter of the present invention relates to a blend comprising an epoxy resin, a cyclic carbonate, and a hardener comprising a polyalkoxypolyamine, another amine, and a catalyst, to a process for producing said blend, to the use of the blend of the invention for producing cured epoxy resin, and also to an epoxy resin cured with the blend of the invention, and in particular to fiber-reinforced cured epoxy resins for use in rotor blades for wind turbines.

Blends for composite materials

The present invention provides a blend comprising one or more epoxy resins and a mixture which comprises 0.3 to 0.9 amine equivalent, per equivalent of epoxide of the epoxy resin used, of a hardener component a) and as hardener component b) a compound of the formula I, a process for preparing this blend, the use of the blend of the invention for producing cured epoxy resin, and an epoxy resin cured with the blend of the invention.

Blends comprising epoxy resins and mixtures of amines with guanidine derivatives

The present invention provides a process for producing moldings, the curing of the mold being carried out using a blend comprising one or more epoxy resins and a mixture, the curing component a) being used within the mixture in the range from 0.3 to 0.9 amine equivalent per equivalent of epoxide of the epoxy resin used, and the hardener component b) being a compound of the formula I.
