A medical package containing a medical article, including: a support element comprising a hollow support tube and a support cap, wherein the support element includes a first chamber configured to enclose the medical article and wherein the support cap includes a support structure configured to hold the medical article captive; a stopper configured to be coupled to the hollow support tube in such a way that the support element has a grip part that protrudes from the stopper, the grip part of the support element configured to be held by a hand of a person; a hollow protective cover configured to be coupled to the stopper in such a way as to delimit, in cooperation with the stopper, a second chamber inside which there extends the grip part of the support element, the hollow protective cover configured to be separated from the stopper, wherein when the hollow protective cover is coupled to the stopper, a part of the stopper protrudes from the hollow protective cover, and is configured to form a grip end of the stopper that is configured to be held by a hand of a person, when the hollow protective cover is separated from the stopper, wherein a part of the support element is configured to be engaged by force inside the stopper, and when the hollow protective cover is separated from the stopper, the support element remains coupled to the stopper while the support element is also separable from the stopper when a person holds the grip part of the support element and pulls the support element so as to separate it from the stopper.

Medical assembly comprising a medical article and a package containing said article

The invention relates to a medical assembly, preferably a sterilized one, comprising a medical article () and a package containing said article, said package comprising a hollow support element () inside which said article () is free, a first protective element (), called a stopper, which can be coupled to the support element () of said article, such that the support element () has a grip part () that protrudes from said stopper (), and a second hollow protective element (), called a cover. Said cover can be coupled to the stopper () in such a way as to delimit, in cooperation with said stopper (), a chamber () inside which there extends said grip part () of the support element, and, in the state when the cover is coupled to the stopper, a part of the stopper () protrudes from the cover ().

Device for compressing two bone parts

The present invention relates to a surgical instrument for a technique for attaching bone fragments using a cannulated screw, the implantation of which is guided by a pin. The instrument () comprises: (i) a central channel () defining a longitudinal axis (), enabling the slidable and rotatable insertion of said instrument () onto said guide pin; (ii) a nesting structure () suitable for being inserted into a recess made in the head of said cannulated screw and for blocking the rotation thereof; (iii) cutting edges () suitable for boring at least one of said bone fragments by rotating said surgical instrument () about said longitudinal axis (); and (iv) a means () for gauging the insertion depth of said guide pin in said bone fragments. Said instrument (), which is conveniently inserted onto said guide pin and rotatably moved, enables either the boring of at least one of the bone fragments by means of said cutting edges (), or the screwing of said cannulated screw, inserted onto said guide pin, by engaging with said nesting structure ().

The prosthetic material for replacing at least one portion of the radial glenoid of a radius includes a plate () extended by an endpiece () and a set of screws () for fastening the plate () on the receiving bone material (R). The plate () has a planar body () extended by an extension () forming a portion of the endpiece () and having an inner face () extending in a general plane (D) that is angularly offset relative to the plane (P) of the plate body (). This extension () co-operates with a fitted panel () forming the other portion of the endpiece () and having an outer face () reproducing at least approximately at least a portion of the surface of the radial glenoid of the radius.
