A container closure is disclosed which includes a shell attachable to a container around a container opening thereof. The shell has a shell opening in fluid communication with the container opening when the shell is attached to the container. A tip is received on the shell movable between a closed position sealing the shell opening and an open position. A cover is releasably attached to the shell in a manner indicative of the tip being positioned in the closed position when the cover is attached to the shell. Both the shell and the cover may be provided with tamper-evident bands. The present invention is particularly well adapted to be formed as a push-pull container closure for sports bottles and the like.

Sports beverage snap closure

A pump for delivering product from a product package to a nozzle. The pump may include a housing with a first port, a second port, and an interior. The first port mates with the product package and the second port mates with the nozzle. A first check valve may be positioned within the first port. A piston rod may be positioned within the interior of the housing for movement therein. The piston rod may include a first piston and a second piston. The first piston may include a second check valve positioned therein such that the product is forced past the first check valve on a down stroke of the piston rod and forced past the second check valve on an up stroke of the piston rod.

A disposable and recyclable juice concentrate package for a postmix juice dispenser includes a package housing connected to an integral mixing nozzle. The package housing includes a concentrate container housing sealed to a pump housing. A progressive cavity pump is located in the pump housing for feeding a continuous stream of concentrate to the nozzle for intimately and violently agitating and mixing the water and concentrate and dispensing the beverage. The package also includes a low level indicator and a product identification label.
