A method and apparatus for receiving nutritional information are disclosed. For example, the method receives a profile of a user, receives over the communications network, grocery information on one or more grocery items at one or more locations of the user, receives over the communications network, ingestion information on ingestion by the user of at least one grocery item from the one or more grocery items, generates nutritional information, wherein the nutritional information is determined by performing an analysis based on the profile of the user, the grocery information, and the ingestion information, and provides over the communications network, the nutritional information, to an endpoint device of the user.

Method and apparatus for receiving nutritional information via a network

Devices, computer-readable media and methods for affecting mental states of a first user and a second user are disclosed. For example, a processor may receive first biometric data for a first user, quantify a mental state of the first user based upon the first biometric data, receive second biometric data for a second user, and quantify a mental state of the second user based upon the second biometric data. The processor may further select a first automated action to affect the mental state of the first user and the mental state of the second user, and implement the first automated action to affect the mental state of the first user and the mental state of the second user.

For example, the method determines a baseline of a behavior to be modified for a user, the baseline comprising at least one triggering event that is established for the behavior to be modified and at least one action to be taken when the at least one triggering event is detected, detects the at least one triggering event that is established for the behavior to be modified for the user, identifies the at least one action to be performed when the at least one triggering event is detected, and performs the at least action that is identified.

Method and apparatus for modifying behavior of a user via a network

A device, non-transitory computer-readable medium, and method for disengaging a corrective action via a wearable unit are disclosed. In one example, a processor may receive a movement model for a type of motion of a user, collect sensor data associated with the type of motion of the user from a plurality of sensors of a wearable unit, and determine that the sensor data is not in accordance with the movement model. The processor may further provide a corrective action via the wearable unit in accordance with the movement model when it is determined that the sensor data is not in accordance with the movement model, detect a triggering condition for disengaging the corrective action, and disengage the corrective action when the triggering condition is detected.

A method includes identifying a location of at least on of a plurality of electronic devices within an area of interest. The method includes, based on at least the location of the at least one of the plurality of electronic devices, determining signal strength at a plurality of points within the area of interest. The method includes providing a modification of the area of interest to improve the signal strength at one of the plurality of points.

Method and apparatus for management of location information

A system and process that incorporates teachings of the subject disclosure may include, for example, transitioning a processor from a high-power consumption state to a low-power consumption state, wherefrom return to the high-power consumption state includes a boot process. Future demand for operation of the processor in the high-power consumption state is predicted, while the processor is in the low-power consumption state. The processor is transitioned from the low-power consumption state to the high-power consumption state in response to predicting future demand for operation of the processor in the high-power consumption state. Such transition of the processor from the low-power consumption state to the high-power consumption state sufficiently precedes actual demand for operation of the processor in the high-power consumption state so as to avoid perceptible user delay. Managing power consumption state of electronic devices responsive to predicting future demand

Techniques for call integration are provided. Call logs associated with multiple voice accounts are acquired and integrated as an integrated call log. The integrated call log is presented at a display. A user can take a variety of actions on the integrated call log as a whole or on individual entries within the integrated call log.
