The present invention relates to using certain block copolymer based hot melt adhesive compositions for the assembly of disposable absorbent articles such as disposable diapers wherein the adhesive is in contact with an oil-based skin care ingredient, and the resulting disposable absorbent article. The adhesive is particularly useful for adhesively bonding elastic to nonwoven, and exhibits good stress resistance in the presence of lotion.

This invention relates to water responsive thermoplastic compositions and articles constructed thereof. This invention particularly relates to thermoplastic copolyester compositions useful for the manufacture of disposable-articles such as disposable diapers and feminine napkins. More particularly, this invention relates to thermoplastic copolyester compositions that are useful as a raw material in the manufacture of nonwovens, barrier films or coatings and as well as for various improved hot melt adhesives compositions useful for incorporating hydrophilic features into disposable articles.

Non-woven application for water dispersable copolyester

The present invention is directed to compositions that are useful for forming breathable film layers and articles constructed therefrom. The composition comprises at least one thermoplastic polymer compounded with at least one diluent or a radiation curable composition. This invention relates to a nonwoven web and fibers comprising a water soluble polyamide and articles constructed therefrom. The water soluble polyamide may be used alone or in combination with conventional thermoplastic web and fiber forming materials such as water insoluble polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester and polyamide. The water soluble polyamide may also be combined with biodegradable or selectively dispersible material to form nonwoven webs and fibers having various combinations of properties. Such water soluble webs and fibers have utility in the manufacture of disposable absorbent articles such as disposable diapers, feminine napkins, incontinent products and cellulosic articles such as tissues and towels, as well as for water soluble heat fusible webs for the textile industry.
