A device may provide information identifying a user interface layout, associated with a smart watch, for display. The device may receive a user configuration of the user interface layout based on providing the information identifying the user interface layout for display. The device may provide, to the smart watch, configuration information associated with the user configuration to permit the smart watch to update a user interface based on the configuration information.

Configuring a user interface layout of a user device via a configuration device

A device may identify a wireless charging device within a threshold proximity to the device. The device may provide information associated with aligning the device and the wireless charging device. The device may determine that the wireless charging connection is enabled with the wireless charging device based on providing information associated with aligning the device and the wireless charging device. The device may determine a charging status associated with the wireless charging connection. The device may provide information identifying the charging status.

Contextual assistance for wireless charging

A system includes a ratings server that receives the list of top applications from a source external to the ratings server and selects at least a subset of the top applications based at least in part on a rank of each of the top applications in the list. The system further includes a test server that tests at least one characteristic of each of the subset of top applications selected by the ratings server and outputs a rating representing the at least one characteristic. The ratings server determines a behavior of each of the subset of top applications based on the rating and publishes the behavior of the subset of top applications for access by a user over a communication network.

Mobile device application rating

A device includes an input device configured to receive a plurality of user inputs including a predetermined user input. A display device is configured to display a graphical user interface. A memory device is configured to store device information. A help application is in communication with the input device, the display device, and the memory device and is configured to detect the predetermined user input and, in response, populate the graphical user interface with a list of selectable solutions associated with the device information in accordance with a performance rank associated with each solution.

Crowd-sourced problem solving

Account information associated with a mobile device is obtained through a mobile wireless communication network from a database of subscriber account records for mobile wireless communication service subscribers. The account information may identify the previous mobile device, the mobile device, and/or length of usage of the mobile device. Advice information is selected from a database of advice regarding operation of the mobile devices such that the selected advice information is adapted for the account, and the selected advice information is then provided via a user interface element of the mobile device. Additionally, multiple levels of search related phrases, in which the phrases at each level correspond to a user-selected phrase at the previous level, are presented via a user element of a mobile device.
