Embodiments of copypasta filtering system technologies cluster digital content items into copypasta clusters, extract a first feature set from the digital content items in the copypasta clusters, apply a first set of filters to the first feature set, and based on output of the first set of filters, divide the copypasta clusters into first intent copypasta clusters and possible second intent copypasta clusters. A second feature set is extracted from the digital content items in the possible second intent copypasta clusters. A second set of filters is applied to the second feature set. Based on output of the second set of filters, second intent copypasta clusters are created.

Techniques are provided for automatically detecting organizational affiliation of host addresses based on analysis of records. In an embodiment, computers store membership records and access records. Each membership record has an organization identifier that identifies an organization and a member identifier that identifies a member. Each access record has a member identifier that identifies a member and an address that identifies a host. The computers identify a localized subset of access records that have a particular address. The computers identify an involved subset of membership records having a member identifier that matches a member identifier of an access record of the localized subset. The computers determine statistical information based on the localized subset of access records and the involved subset of membership records. Based on the statistical information, the computers identify an organization identifier whose frequency within organization identifiers of the membership records of the involved subset exceeds a threshold.

In example embodiments, a batch server of a social networking service receives a new registration or an update for an account, the account comprising a name and identity-related information. The batch server determines that the name and the identity-related information of the account matches one or more other accounts of the social networking service. The batch server detects a suspicious behavior of the account. The batch server limits, in response to the suspicious behavior, access to the account unless or until an identity of a user of the account is verified.

Techniques are provided for determining a reputation of a source address based on analytics of interaction history. In an embodiment, computers store interaction data that indicates a plurality of interactions between users and an online entity. For each interaction of the plurality of interactions, the interaction data indicates a source address of a user. For each source address of a plurality of source addresses indicated in the interaction data, the computers determine an aggregate measurement indicating aggregate behavior of users associated with an aggregate subset of interactions of the plurality of interactions. Each interaction of the aggregate subset is associated with said source address. The computers determine a negative measurement indicating negative behavior of users that are associated with a negative subset of interactions of the aggregate subset. The computers generate, based on the negative and aggregate measurements, a score that indicates a reputation of said each source address.
