According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for controlling a TV having a screen, the exposure size of which is changed by a motor, comprises the steps of: outputting an audio content in a state where only a part of the screen is exposed or the screen is not exposed; detecting metadata related to the audio content; when at least one video content corresponding to the detected metadata can be provided at a current time, controlling the motor to fully expose the screen and outputting a first video content; and when at least one video content corresponding to the detected metadata can be provided after a current time, continuing to output the audio content and establishing a reservation for a second video content.

TV and method for controlling same

Provided in one embodiment of the present invention is a display device comprising: a communication unit for communicating with an external terminal; a display including a display area for outputting content; a motor for controlling the display so that an area of the display area is exposed to the outside; and a control unit for controlling the communication unit, the display, and the motor, wherein the control unit performs mirroring with the external terminal, receives at least one image from the external terminal, determines the size of the area exposed to the outside on the basis of the size of the received image, and outputs the received image in the area, the state in which the display area is maximally exposed to the outside is defined as a full view, and the state in which a first area of the display area is exposed to the outside is defined as a partial view.

The present disclosure relates to a wireless display system comprising: a reception module including a display and a memory; and a transmission module which transmits and receives an image signal and a control signal to and from the reception module, wherein the reception module may display a guide stored in the memory on the display when wireless communication with the transmission module is not connected.

A flexible TV is disclosed. The flexible TV includes a housing, a user interface configured to receive at least one command, a flexible display positioned in the housing, and a controller configured to control a door and a motor. In particular, the controller determines a range of the flexible display exposed to an outside of the housing by controlling at least one of the door or the motor according to a type of the command.
