Various embodiments illustrated herein disclose a method. The method includes receiving, by a first radio-frequency identification (RFID) tag in an RFID reader, a first interrogation command from another RFID reader. The method includes transmitting, by the first RFID tag in the RFID reader, a first response signal to the other RFID reader in response to the reception of the first interrogation command. The method further includes transmitting, by a processor in the RFID reader, a second interrogation command to one or more second RFID tags, where the transmission of the second interrogation command is concurrent to the reception of the first interrogation command or the transmission of the first response signal.

Methods and systems of radio frequency identification (RFID) communication

An apparatus is provided that uses the steps of providing a plurality of wireless sensor devices coupled to a controller in a security system configured into a wireless network where at least one is a child sensor device that communicates with the controller through at least first and second parent sensor devices, the child sensor device measuring an environmental parameter within the secured area and transmitting a message to the controller through the at least two parents, the message is transmitted during a first time period and on a first frequency to the first parent and a copy is transmitted during a second time period and on a second frequency to the second parent wherein the first and second times and first and second frequencies are all different and wherein the first and second time periods are directly adjacent to one another in time.

A torque measurement system that includes a rotor device and a stator device can perform automatic tuning to improve the initial tuning performed during design and assembly. The stator device can include a variable capacitive element and a micro-controller configured to adjust a capacitance value of the variable capacitive element. Additionally or alternatively, the rotor device can include a variable capacitive element and a micro-controller configured to adjust a capacitance value of the variable capacitive element. The adjustment of the capacitive elements can be based on the quality of signal detected at either the rotor device or stator device.

The method further includes, in the physical layer, forwarding a signal, wherein forwarding comprises receiving a third RF signal, converting the third RF signal to a fourth RF signal, and transmitting the fourth RF signal.

Method and apparatus for physical layer routing in a wireless device

A system includes a wireless radio board, an antenna, and a ground pattern having a radio board ground and an antenna ground. At least a portion of the radio board ground and at least a portion of the antenna ground overlap. The radio board ground could include a first portion in a first layer of the ground pattern and a second portion in a second layer of the ground pattern, and the antenna ground could include a first portion in the first layer of the ground pattern. The antenna ground could further include a second portion in the second layer of the ground pattern. The radio board and antenna grounds could be separated by a minimum distance, such as 0.5 mm or 3.0 mm.
