Method of attaching a lining to the interior surface of a room

Sound-permeable lining () for covering perforations () shaped in an acoustic plasterboard (). The sound-permeable lining () comprises a first ply () of a fleece material and attached thereto a second ply () which is arranged in between of the first ply () and the acoustic plasterboard () to which the sound-permeable lining () is to be applied. The second ply () being of a foil material having a second opacity Oand a plurality of through-holes () formed therein. The first ply () has a first opacity Oso that the through-holes () formed in the second ply () are invisible through the first ply () and so that the applied sound-permeable lining () has an overall opacity Oto allow for optically covering the perforations () shaped in the acoustic plasterboard () and an overall air flow resistivity Rto allow for the penetration of air so that sound can propagate via the sound-permeable lining ().

A label laminate and a method for manufacturing a label laminate. The laminate includes a first label material layer and a second label material. The method includes forming a pattern in which adhesive areas and non-adhesive areas alternate on the face side of the first label material layer and on the face side of the second label material layer. The adhesive areas on the first label material layer are aligned with the non-adhesive areas on the second label material layer and the non-adhesive areas on the first label material layer are aligned with the adhesive areas on the second label material layer. The face sides of two label material layers are attached to each other. The adhesive areas are formed by a screening method. The non-adhesive areas have a surface energy, which is at least 25 dynes.

Optical blanks, for example spectacle lenses, are produced by hot-blank pressing or injection molding of polyorganoheterosiloxanes which are obtainable by hydrolytic polycondensation of at least one titanium-, zirconium-or tin-compound, at least one organofunctional silane and, where applicable, at least one inorganic oxide component. For control of the optical characteristics and working properties, polyorganoheterosiloxanes which have a polymerizable organic radical may be modified by additional polymerization with other copolymerizable condensates or monomers.
