A device is provided for monitoring and controlling a machine having at least two sensors for recording measurement variables, particularly motion variables, and with an electronic control loop for evaluating the recorded measurement variables and correspondingly controlling machine components of which the measurement variables can be influenced.

The invention relates to a mold for the production of molded parts on a jolting table, the mold having a mold frame which carries a mold insert in which recesses defining the molded parts are formed, the mold insert being surrounded by a clearance space toward the mold frame, this clearance space being at least partly filled with damping means which keeps the mold frame and mold insert at a distance apart in a non-contact manner. In this case, at least one locking element passes through the clearance space, the locking element being mounted with play in at least one of the mold frame and mold insert.

Mold for the production of molded parts on a jolting table

A mold for producing concrete articles having a mold bottom part that includes a molded chamber block having a substantially uniform thickness and side parts attached to the molding chamber block by fasteners. The molding chamber block has molding chambers located in an inner region and cutouts located on an edge region. The cutouts form intermediate webs of approximately uniform width, and at least a portion of the cutouts are undercut slots having lateral openings. The fasteners attach the side parts to the molding chamber block via the undercut slots of the cutouts.

Mould for producing pre-cast concrete units

A description is given of a mold for manufacturing concrete moldings, e.g. paving setts, large-volume blocks and large-format, thin panels, having a bottom mold part which comprises the mold chamber(s) and having a top mold part with a load plate and the die or the dies. The bottom die parts (47) which come into contact with the concrete in each case are guided so as to be movable in the vertical direction, with respect to the top mold part, in a displacement range defined by stops (46, 51, 53) and are exposed to the action of a pressure medium, e.g. a bellows (40) activated by compressed air. The manufacturing process claimed works with two successive fillings. After the first filling pre-compaction is carried out at a relatively high pressure, and after the second filling secondary compaction is carried out at reduced pressure, the reduced pressure resulting in desired striking of the movable die part against the other die in the same rhythm as the vibrations.

Form for manufacturing concrete form components by machine

An arrangement for producing a molded concrete article which has a surface including zones at varying levels. The arrangement includes three groups of punches defining respective impression depths into the concrete article, and a molding device including three head plates, each of which is connected to a corresponding one of the groups of punches. An upper head plate is connected to a group of punches having a deepest impression depth. A lower head plate disposed below the upper head plate is connected to a group of punches having a shallowest impression depth. An intermediate head plate is connected to a group of punches which has an impression depth between the deepest impression depth and the shallowest impression depth, wherein the groups of punches are connected in a descending order of their impression depths to their corresponding head plates disposed successively below the upper head plate, and wherein any one group of punches connected to a head plate disposed above at least one other head plate passes through the at least one other head plate. Two guide rods suspend head plates below the upper head plate, each guide rod having a stop at a lower end thereof adapted to determine a lowest position of the corresponding one of the head plates. A load is applied to the head plates through the upper head plate.

Apparatus for producing moldings from, in particular, concrete

An apparatus for producing moldings (48) from concrete et cetera, particularly concrete paving stones, the top side of which exhibits partial surfaces of different vertical level, comprises a molding table (46), a molding frame (30, 31) and a stamp fitting in the latter. For better consolidation and in order to facilitate clean removal from the mold, it is provided that the stamp consists of two separate partial stamps (33, 42) guided in each other, the end cross-sectional surfaces of which are dimensioned so that the one (33) molds the lower-lying and the other (42) the higher-lying top partial surfaces of the molding (48) and that the stroke distance of the partial stamp (42) for the higher-lying partial surfaces is limited in an upper consolidation position, in which both partial stamps conjointly reproduce the top side of the molding, and in a lower mold-removal position, by stops. The partial stamp (33) for the lower-lying partial surfaces preferably consists of a ring surrounding the other partial stamp (42). This ring may be connected by guide bolts (35) to a first superimposed load (36), whereas the inner partial stamp (42) supports a second superimposed load in the form of a guide plate (44). For use in multi-layer production machines it is provided to lock the two partial stamps (33 and 42) intermittently together, particularly by means of locking elements (38) which engage automatically and can be disengaged by control lugs (32) of the molding frame (30).
